The boss, as he called himself, the manager has he called himself both without name tags and a third male employee, all unable to reason through an order error and believe that the right thing to do is to charge the customer more money. All that was requested was a red sauce or marinara sauce as I use the app for the first time and accidentally did not put a sauce on the pizza.
The first employee a tall male couldnāt do it manager comes over. I explained to him what happened he couldnāt do it. He right away as heās rolling his eyes says $.84 then he says thatās a lot of to be angry about such little money then he says whatās wrong with you this is the manager of the store.
The boss comes over as he says, and is looking at me and leaning his body forward, squaring off with me over the counter in an aggressive way, and I said I donāt need any of your input.
None of the employees indicated what their position was. I had to ask, including the boss who came over after everything and already gotten started.
So because of His aggressive stance I said I donāt need your input and then said to the manager all handle this stood in front of the register and said $.84
That no time at this point does he say he is the head boss and actually try to reason through the right thing to do, but instead keep the aggressive position and says $.84.
All three of those guys should be fired, literally fired. This is not a retraining thing if theyāre not able to reason through what the problem was, and they are going to turn away a customer who came in and said wow, the apps really convenient, and yes, I made a mistake, and so instead of trying to help, they took aggressive position roll their eyes commented on me and told me $.84.

Update, We are at 49$ of uncut pizzas (7 pizzas 4 orders) and unfortunately at this point have lost all hope with this establishment. Attached is a photo and of the 7 pizzas all were cut the same over 2 months.. its extremely disappointing to have a place of food operating that can't even cut your pizza. I've attempted contacting dominoes through there service portals for customer service with no response and zero help, there is zero accountability for your dollar when shopping at dominoes I would not expect your food to be right and expect even more they will get away with it. To be courteous, I wait outside so the driver doesnāt need to search for my apartment. Not only did I not see a dominos delivery driver, but I was not contacted. I call the store, Brandon answers the phone, I explain that I have been outside waiting for the order and just wondering whatās going on. He tells me that I left a disconnected number and driver couldnāt contact me and he went to my apartment and I didnāt answer. I told him thatās not true because im able to receive texts on my phone, he tells me he is the assistant manager and heās not going deal with me bucking him.
