Jamba — Restaurant in Burnsville

So often when I go to Jamba, I get whey protein added to my smoothies. Every place I’ve gone to outside of Burnsville, if I get a small, they put it in a medium cup because the powder expands the smoothie. The inconsistency at the location to do that without being prompted to do so is very annoying. When I confronted the worker at the drive thru about it being the same size as the other small I got and that it should be in a medium cup, she said, “we didn’t do that this time.” You do it every time. She told me I should have mentioned that I wanted the extra when I ordered. You mean the extra I already paid for?! She then proceeded to stare at me and not offer any resolution to the issue and told me to have a good day. Gee thanks. Please direct your workers to understand that this is waste and unacceptable...

Waited 20 minutes to order , we only had one car ahead of us , waited 10 more minutes at the menu bored just to be greeted after we said hello- she said" one moment "then didn't answer for another 4 minutes , we were over charged and charged for food we didn't want/ ordered we ordered one meal with a smoothie and then just another side of the pretzels.( I was charged for a meal and two sides of pretzels and gave me the wrong smoothie flavor).kinda a bad experience the first time going unfortunately will not be back . Just went through the drive thru and had such a pleasant experience with Rudy. He was just so kind and accommodating. He gets an A+ for great customer service. Makes us want to go out of our way to go there all the time if we get treated so kindly all the time....
