Ordered at 5:00, got text saying it would be coming by DoorDash. 5:40 text says its on the way. 5:48 says deliverer is approaching the house. 5:51 says it was delivered. It was not delivered. 6:18 I call the store. Rings and rings. Try again, instead of the store I get the call center who apparently employs very few people who speak English. He tells me it will be delivered in "7-8 minutes" and hangs up on me. I keep waiting. I call again, get the call center again, who puts me through to the actual store. He says yeah we've been busy, but he "literally just sent it out the door". I said what about the text that said it was delivered, he says well that's not us, that's DoorDash. That was 6:56. Pizza never arrives. Any calls send me to this Mexican call center who can't help me. I try to send a message on the app, some glitch won't let me send the message. The 1-800 number says for any issues please call the store or use our handy app. I have never had so much worthless runaround and apathy from any institution, and it was all about a mere pizza! Between DoorDash and Pizza Hut it was a miserable experience from beginning to end. I'm attempting to get my money refunded and I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut anytime in the future. Read moreAfter reading the recent reviews, it seems like this location is in trouble. I've lived in Savage for a long time and never had an issue with this location, it was fast friendly service and got to know the delivery drivers. In the past few months, my experiences have been the same as what people are posting here and I'm not beyond empathy if they did have several staff quit and if they are experiencing trouble staffing. That being said, they need to reach out to corporate for additional help and invest the time into training and hiring so they aren't so short staffed that they have one delivery driver on a busy friday night. I do give them some stars as they refunded a recent order and came through with the promise of a free service which we got last night. There were items wrong with the order but at least they are owning up to their struggles and doing something to compensate for that--I believe that shows some integrity so my review here is not all bad. I hope the place can get things in order, there are still a lot of Pizza Hut...
Read moreThis was one of the worst pizza experience ever. First off I ordered it said it would be 55-65 min, whatever they are busy. I can wait that long. Ordered 2 $5 items a pizza and garlic knots. They call me an hour later to tell me they are out of garlic knots and they took the liberty of taking them off my order and changing my pizza to a 7.99 pizza instead of a $5. When I tried to call them back to change my order all I got was a busy signal. After another 1 hour and 15 min the pizza arrives cold and I had the guy a $20 and he asks what I would like back in change I say $5 and a couple of &1s because I intended to give him a $6 tip. ( it’s not his fault as far as I know the pizza is late by an hour and 15 min) but he proceeds to say I can give you this and it’s just a $5 so I say I assume the rest of the change I’m not getting back is your tip?
