Ordered delivery, half of order was missing but location chose to charge me. What was delivered was cold & of mediocre quality at best. According to manager on duty Kimberly, is a service contracted out by Eat'n Park. Kimberly was unable to correct the situation as she refused to take responsibility or accountability for a service that she is responsible for administrating on behalf of Eat'n Park. Her lack of training, knowledge or understanding of company contract & business model does not speak well of C-suite or ownership in communicating commitment or shared company values or importance of brand identity in a competitive marketplace. This is my 2nd experience with Eat'n Park as everyone deserves a 2nd chance. Obviously the issues of food quality, commitment to meet or exceed expectations or even understand & execute company contracts are not values the this location has and/or shared by leadership. Very disappointing in that my wife, family & friends were loyal customers. Brand identity is word of mouth. Word is lack of customer focus & food quality control.

This place used to be awesome. Love love the superburgers. But I just got an order from here and here's a picture of the "super" burger I got. My sons was the same. I put the side cup lid in the picture for size comparison. Not only were the burgers completely burnt but they were also barely bigger than the lid of a dipping cup!!! That along with 6 tater tots and 4 sad, also burnt onion rings made this meal nowhere near being worth $14...seriously the worst experience I've had ordering food from anywhere in a long time. I would recommend going somewhere else for sure. Eatnpark definitely isn't what it used to be, at least not at this location. You're gonna get much better value and much better quality food at any of the 8 restaurants within a half a mile of this place.

Stopped for the buffet. At NO point did anyone tell us the buffet would be ending soon. The hostess asked which menu we wanted lunch or breakfast, we said we wanted the buffet and she laughed but didnt say anything else. She seated us and said to enjoy . The waitress came over and asked if we wanted a menu. She was nice but we said no we were going to get the buffet. She took our drink order and said to go up when we want. We literally just sat down with our food and she came over and said did you get enough to eat? And then informed us they were closing the buffet. If we would have known this we would of left before being seated. They still charged us full price for the buffet even though we just got there and we're NOT informed. Our first and last time at this one.

We have been very disappointed in our food. My grandson likes to go eat fish and he likes to go to eatnpark well I can't tell you how many times that I have gone to the eatnpark on New Castle Road and the one up beside Clearview Mall and I have been disappointed so much lately. Today is December 8th we went to the eatnpark by Clearview Mall my granddaughter got the children's pasta dinner seriously her noodles felt like they just came out of the refrigerator and add some warm sauce on top of them... her mashed potatoes were cold are french fries were cold my grandson's fish was still cold in the center I had chicken broccoli Alfredo and mine was cold had to all be sent back. Let's get it together Eat'n Park because this has been too many times but I have to say tonight they took everything back brought us all fresh new stuff out and I'm pretty sure they probably microwaved it... because it was piping hot when they brought it back out. They were very apologetic and they did take the fish dinner and the chicken alfredo dinner off...

Went there for breakfast ....was seated by the hostess and was told who our waitress was. (Older woman) A regular came in, (obviously cause she knew what his order was going to be)we still sat without drinks or anything as this gentleman got his breakfast. By the time we saw our waitress for our drink order they were taking apart breakfast buffet. We were iritated but ordered lunch at least. Once again watched ppl receive their food orders that were sat way after us. We got up and left. On the way out, we asked for our check to pay for the drinks we had and the manager said no worries, you don't have to pay for them since your service wasn't good. Even though that was decent of him, he acted as if it was no big deal this waitress can't obviously preform her job responsibilities. So, we will never go back to this eat and park again. Waitressing can be strenuous, I am one. However, at least acknowledge your tables as you walk by and tell them you'll be with...
