Steiner's Restaurant and Bar — Restaurant in Butler

Went in with a small group of people, didn't order much but to get drinks refilled once took going and asking, twice, on top of that everyone's tickets had the right food but one ticket had everyone's drinks. Mind you we told her before hand we were splitting our table into 4 tickets. So after her goin and figuring that out 5 maybe even 10 mins later she came back and everything was right, but then she charged me for someone else's food and them for mine. When we told her to forget it, there was a 2 dollar difference, she said I already refunded it. Apparently not. And mind you there wasn't very many people there 2 other tables besides ours so it's not like she was swamped with work. That we could have understood but that wasn't the case. So after 3 days of no refund and 60$ out of my account I am writing this to let them know I'm more then unhappy with the service and wish they could figure it out. We enjoy eating there when we visit butler but we will not be giving our business to a place that can't seem to get...

We went for the first time right after it re opened. I wanted to order chicken alfredo but the waitress said i shouldn't because they get a lot of complaints about it. The souce being running and noodles not being cooked. I'm glad she said something I guess but it was absolutely strange! So I opted for the taco salad. It was okay. But I wish they would cut up the onions and tomatoes. I don't want whole onion rings and cherry tomatoes cut in half.... then We went on Sunday buffet. It was weirdly awkward because it was not a traditional buffet. More like a catered event style. They had food set up and people served you. It wasn't great because you felt like the people were judging how much food you got. The food was good though just not many options considering it was a buffet. Overall not horrible experiences but considering the cost I would rather just go to a reliable place that's...

Finally came to Steiners with some family. I ordered the seafood platter and it was delicious. All of our portions were very nice sizes more then I actually expected. Everyone loved their food. Our waitress was amazing very sweet young lady who was on top of everything constantly making sure everything was good and never let our drink go empty. I can't remember her name but will definitely remember her face the next time im in there. She was very knowledgeable about what was what and everything, she even talked me into the tenderloin next time I go. The atmosphere was amazing very relaxing a peaceful place to go grab a bite. If your looking for a place to grab a bit with great friendly service i recommend Steiners for real you won't regret...
