I first just want to say that the customer service here is horrible! There is one guy there who is the only person who isn’t rude and actually gets things done. Everyone else obviously hates being there and don’t help customers till minutes after they walk in. They also take about 20 mins per customer to get there stuff. After one customer got 3 milkshakes he had to ask for a drink carrier. Which is sad because if the has more than two they should give you one. He spilled 2 of them outside because he had to do it himself, and he asked for new ones and had to pay for new ones. I also got 3 drinks and had to ask for a drink carrier one lady there with long dark hair down to her waist said “I’m sorry we’re busy” in a rude tone and walked away. So we walked out carrying 3 drinks and 2 bags. A customer said “some customer service here huh?” As we left. Which shows that everyone who goes there knows how bad the service is. I also want to show the difference between Burger King and Arby’s. I walk in Arby’s and immediately get asked how it’s going and what they can do for me. They got my order done in 3 mins. I ordered 4 drinks, they gave me a drink carrier and triple checked my order was correct. I had 2 bags I had to carry along with 4 drinks, and they offered to help me bring it to my car. They did end up helping me bring it to my car so nothing was dropped. Burger King is the absolute worst place I’ve been to, at least in butte. Definitely do not recommend. Read moreWent through the drive through on the last leg of a 12 hour trip and had a mistake made on our order that we knew our kids wouldn't eat. when we tried to call the location 4 or 5 times, we did not get an answer on the phone so we opted to go back through the drive through to fix the order. We had to wait another thirty minutes in line to fix the kids' meals. They "upgraded" the kids meals to whoppers, which isn't helpful because they are children with tiny stomachs. When we got to the window we asked for a refund on just the TWO kids burgers and were denied. The manager, cashier, and cook proceeded to speak badly about us and the situation with the drive through window still open. It's clear this location was desperate to hire anyone. Burger King, pay your workers to have a better attitude or allow them to give out refunds for ridiculously long waits on...
Read moreHadn’t been to BK in years (not my favorite fast food joint) but was starving so decided to try it again. Pulled up to the speaker and was told to “hold on for a minute”. Wasn’t in a rush so I waited patiently about 2 minutes…..and waited another few minutes….finally I asked “Umm hello? Anyone there?” No answer…..waited some more……no one was ahead of me so I drove to the window hoping to expedite the situation and talk to a human. Pulled up, NO ONE at the open window or even behind the counter….waited…finally someone came to the register at the drive up window (which was open!), broke a roll of quarters, shut it and walked away. At this point I was so irritated I just left. Like, REALLY? I don’t care much for McDonalds either but at least I know SOMEONE will take my order and I can be in and out, it is, after all a DRIVE THRU! Sorry BK, no third...
