Horrible service with sickening food.
We came in with 2 adults and an infant at 6 on a Sunday. There was only one other table which left before getting their food. Should have been a hint.
We ordered two entres and an app. My entre came with a mystery soup in oil. Not broth. Oil. The server may have been the only one working but we were the only table. It took over an hour to receive our food. By then the kid had lost patience and had gone outside with his father. I had the food boxed and left. We started to eat outside and could finish none of it. The rice was pure salt. The noodles had been dunked in vinegar or something. We ate a few bites before giving up. My husband literally vomited outside.
We didn't bother trying for a refund. The gentlemen's English wasn't great and google translate was of no assistance.

To get to the restaurant you have to walk up several stairs, through a bar, and then up more stairs. The whole area is in bad shape, I assume being renovated. Not a good first impression.
When I first arrived there were no wait staff in the restaurant. If not for patrons at another table I would have assumed the place closed. Eventually someone came out to take my order, and again someone came out while i was waiting to find someone to pay. I suspect they may be extremely understaffed.
