Our family prefers Wendys over McDonald's. However, tonight I felt the staff made poor choices & did not place customers first. I drove all the way to Wendys to bring home food for my family & the employee told me at the drive thru that they would not serve me even though I arrived before closing. So I questioned the lady asking why they would not serve us when they are still open & there was a car ahead of me. She told me they didn't serve them neither. She said they had been busy tonight (4/20/19) & didn't get a chance to start closing duties. I am a mgr in retail & we Always put customers first. Bringing in sales & making customers happy should always be a priority over closing duties. When our store has a busy night, we work hard after we lock doors, however are only allowed 30 mins for closing duties. If we can't finish, we inform our manager & he will finish duties in the morning. It's not worth losing customers over cleaning & clocking out early. I'm sorry but refusing to make 1 burger, pouring a few frosty's in the last 8-9minutes before closing is not worth losing loyal customers over. We will not be back. Read moreThere is no star for service. RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL... Not everyone was wearing a name tag, so it would not be fair to list names of the employees that were being as stated above. There was also discrimination...cuz white people are picky... extra mayo with cheese, no lettuce or tomato on a spicy chicken sandwich (totally picky). We were parked for 10 minutes they never brought my sandwiches out, I went in and the bag didn't have one rain drop on it so employees lied saying they took it out; there were no cars parked outside..we were the only car on the drive thru side of the building. My other question is where was a manager or shift supervisor(because if it was the gal working the front counter she has no clue about customer service she straight out told me that my order being wrong was not her problem).? Read moreVery dissapointed. Went around 7:30 pm 05/02/2019- Wife, kid, and myself dining in We both ordered chicken sandwiches, one Asiago, one bacon BLT and a small chili. I had to argue with the lady that my sandwich exhisted, even though it was on the giant menu above her head. After a couple laps around the dining room looking for a table to sit at, we settled on one that was a little less dirty than the rest. Lobby was a huge mess and none of the workers standing around were too worried about cleaning. Sandwiches showed up, and they were slopped together, toppings falling off the bun, sauce and guacamole all over the outside of the bun and wrapper, Fries were old and stale. Didn't even eat the fries. Doubtful we will be back, at least at this location.
