Wendy's — Restaurant in Byram

Bad customer service from management. Sign on the door said dine in is open but doors were locked. Other customers let us in. Manager sees us standing up front and yells at employees “who opened the doe” then proceeds to tell us they’re closed for dine in, although multiple other customers were in the dining area. I told him they clearly had a sign that the dining WAS open and all he could say was they’re closed as he made us leave. I asked why they were closed and he said staffing issues and he had just enough to run drive thru but no one to run the cash register. Even though he had 8+ employees standing around on their cell phones when we first walked up. No one said anything as well to us while we stood there waiting. They definitely lost our business today, not that they care, but we won’t be returning to Wendy’s...

All the employees were standing around doing nothing...the only person voice I heard was the young lady taking my order..no one else said a word while we were in the drive through..pulled to the next window the boy just looked at me and didn't utter I word..didn't provide me a total or anything..I had to ask him for my total...pull to the next window the person at the window just opened the window no greeting and passed me my drinks and close the window back and put their back up against it..few moments later opened again to pass our food out and still no words...thank you have a nice day or anything just close the window back.. no personality or customer service at all...terrible...food was hot but did not put bacon on my two burgers which was bacon cheese burgers...I said all this to say... do...

I am highly highly HIGHLY satisfied with the customer service I received from Taylor and DeAsia (I hope I'm spelling her name right) If not, I truly apologize. I just moved to Mississippi 2 years ago and have been experiencing bad customer service. It feels really good to witness good customer service especially when it's genuine. Keep up the good work. I ordered 2 biggie bags with a strawberry lemonade and blueberry promegranite lemonade and a grilled chicken ranch wrap. I'm usually there a lot and the service has not been bad but today when I went around 11am, it was different and I wanted to acknowledge that....
