Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Cañon City

saturday june 28/25 10:45pm, no one answered the phone after 3 tries and waiting on hold each time, (couldnt do fill order as was over $50 and does not take canadian fredit cards) so instead ordered 2 orders online and pay at store, i submitted each order within 10 seconds of each other, waited 18 minutes and arrived at store, no one would answer door bell (rang 4 times around a minute apart), finally female employee comes up and I ask for my online order, she says only one is ready and that she "just go the order" and "it is still on screen"I say okay how long, she says 12minutes and i say i ordered online so i wouldnt have to wait, she says well u have to wait im the only one here, so i was pretty much forced to wait

so if you decide to eat here, make sure you are not in a hurry and dont expect any prompt or professional service, look elsewhere to food service that values your...

If I could give no stars I would. Normally when I order online and ask for either delivery or pickup I've got no problems. No issues. Orders are ready when it's said. Today I ordered 3 things and waited a whole hour after it told me it was ready to be picked up... All for my pizzas and bites to be room temp and for me to have to pay full price for not just an hour long wait but for cold food as well. There was 2 other people waiting outside too for their pickups. One longer than me for one pizza. They had more than enough people to get the orders done and ready. The drivers were leaving left and right but we had to wait an hour for our food for it to be cold. AND PAID FULL PRICE. Horrible horrible experience!!! Waited for an hr for my pizza. To get it cold the box wasn’t even done properly ( granted that might be an error due to new guy) regardless because of the box not being done properly my entire pizza came flying the hell out of my box splat face down on the concrete. And all I got in exchange was a free soda!!! Not even a new pizza just a free stupid soda. The excuse was they were slammed for the night and short staffed. As I looked around I see 5 people including the new guy! As I left I came to know I wasn’t even the only customer of the night who had to wait up and over an hr for my dinner tonight. Get new people and train the people better because it should not matter if it’s a holiday weekend or not you put excellence in every part of your job not just making...
