We were in the area on a recent Saturday afternoon, and we were looking for a late lunch. It was about 2pm and we were heading down rte 23 when we noticed the arby's promoting their gyro sandwiches at 2 for $6, which sounded really good. We stopped and placed our order 4 gyros and 2 small sodas at the front counter, and we were initially told that our order would be $27. I asked how much the sodas were, because by my calculation, we should be much closer to $15 or so (4 gyros should be $12, and 2 small sodas should be $3-4). The cashier seemed puzzled, and called over another employee, who then asked if we wanted the regular gyros or the 2-for-$6 gyros? I did not know there was difference, other than the price, but that seemed to be the issue. They fixed the order so it was $16, and we paid. It took another 10-15 minutes or so (and no one was in front of us, but plenty of other people waiting behind us), before they finally served us our sandwiches. And i had to argue with a manager that they owed us another cup for a 2nd small drink (they only gave us 1 cup). The sandwiches were really greasy, and not very full of the toppings (meat, tomatoes, lettuce & sauce) - they were mostly pita bread. So maybe this location makes the 2 for $6 gyros differently than they make the regular gyros. But I know that at other Arby's stores, the promotion is on the regular gyros, and they do not seem to skimp on the toppings like this location. So, overall, a really bad experience. I should not have to argue with the employees to get the correct promotional pricing, nor to get what we ordered and paid for. And I expect better quality, as well as faster turnaround for a fast food restaurant. And as 1 more example of how bad this location is, as we got back into our vehicle, we noticed a sign promoting their 2pm-5pm special menu of $1 items, which included a small soda. We were charged $1.89 for each of our small sodas, and we ordered at 2:10pm, but we had not seen the promotion on our way in, just on our way out. So if you go to this Arby's - they will not give you the promotional pricing unless you argue for it. Good luck - we'll never go back to this Arby's...
Read moreThe food is always good. The service is usually ok. I ordered a beef and cheddar usually there's plenty of cheese on it... Like the picture shows but this time there was very little on it. When I went back and asked for cheddar I was told I needed to pay for it. I showed them the sandwich they actually took the sandwich to the back showed the manager the manger came out and pointed to the arby sauce claiming it was cheese. I said it was sauce and she argued it was cheddar. And in front of several customers very rudly said I'll give it to you this time but next time you have to pay. I would have no problem paying for it had I asked for extra cheese I just wanted the regular amount they normally put on their beef and cheddar sandwiches NOT EXTRA. However it was her over the top behavior that has me writing this review along with finding out others have been wrongly treated by her. A customer who witnessed it said I hope you report how she talked to you.
Im a waitress at a nearby restaurant I always have and always will go the extra mile for all my customers. I was so shocked at the immature behavior of this manager... All over a teaspoon of cheddar cheese. I definitely won't dine in again anytime soon. I do love Arbys sure glad they have...
Read moreAllow me to start off with stating that this specific place is usually phenomenal with receiving orders and preparing them in a timely manner for there customers. But lately it seems to be taking a turn for the worst, missing food items or drinks or even the dips. The sauces can be easily forgotten but when it’s occurred three times in a row i just wonder if they even care to throw them in. First time missing food items and second time it was the incorrect items and now third time coming lately and it’s missing drinks. I get it most times it happens with the younger crowds because no guided direction and no accountability, I just hope whatever they were doing months back they go back to doing that.
