Awful and unprofessional! My daughter and I ordered a croissant to go through the mobile app with the pick-up option so that we wouldn't have to wait in line. Five minutes later, we entered the store, and a woman with her son came in behind us. They were going to order at the counter. We stood there for about 10 minutes, and no one approached us or the woman. Her son was even leaning on the countertop to make sure someone saw him, but there was no reaction at all! Eventually, they left. Another man came in and wanted to order, but again, no one was there to help him. I was about to ask someone about our order when the girl finally came and just pushed the bag toward us. I said good morning to her, but she didn't respond. She just turned around and walked away. Read moreThe decaf is grindy. I have gone there every day for 2 yrs.+ and never complained. But I am now. I expect better coffee for being a loyal, persistent paying customer. And they know it. Also,mostly every dunkin' donuts I have gone to, a lot in my area, now and again have the same deal.. Grindy. I can't complain about the regular coffee because i'm off of it now, but I will be going back to it, and yet I hope it's not like this. So i'm taking a break from them. Now they can take the loss,as they tell me their coffee is "always" fresh all the time. Yea, right. So I'll give my bizz to someone else somewhere else. Can't say where. I'll go bac one day, and hopefully, they'll read this and remember me and the last experience I had with them.

Read moreI’ve never seen so much help in one retail store with not one person actually willing to wait on you. I walked into the store instead of using the drive-thru, grabbed two drinks from the cooler and then proceeded to wait at the counter for literally 5 minutes with employees walking by, laughing and joking in front of me and not one person acknowledging that I was standing there. Not a “someone will be with you in a minute” not a hello, nothing! When I finally decided to ask the 3 employees standing in front of me if there was a problem and they looked at me like I was bothering them and then tried to decide between the 3 of them who would jump on the register…I left. And to the manager that was shouting in the back that you didn’t know your employee’s names, maybe in addition to learning their names you could also provide them with some basic customer...
