Hello Everyone,
As many of you know, I recently ended my travel hiatus and am back in town, eager to share some amazing experiences. Today, I want to take a few moments to talk about a recent gem of a discovery in our culinary landscape, a delightful seafood restaurant called King's Fish House.
Yesterday evening saw us craving for some quality seafood, and on a whim we decided to try out this seafood spot which we had been hearing rave reviews about. I must say that seldom do last-minute decisions turn out to be this gratifying. The food was absolutely spectacular, giving our palates a dance they won't easily forget.
We relished their offerings of lobster, oysters, and calamari. Each platter was a testament to the meticulous preparation that had gone into it. The lobster was cooked to perfection, the oysters tasted as if they had been delivered straight from the ocean, and the calamari was crisped to the perfect crunch. The memory of those delightful flavors is enough to make you salivate, isn't it?
My regret is that we failed to capture the lavish spread before we dug in. The sight was as delectable as the taste and each dish, a masterpiece. The food was simply too inviting and next time, we will be sure to resist long enough to grab a picture or two.
King's Fish House wins hands down when it comes to seafood, and I can confidently state that it is the best seafood restaurant in our vicinity. On that note, I strongly advise that you book your tables in advance. Without a reservation, you might end up waiting longer than you like.
A remarkable culinary experience is not complete without an outstanding customer service to match. Here, King's Fish House really came into its own element. The staff was attentive, warm, and professional. An exceptionally wonderful male waiter served us, the epitome of outstanding customer service. I regret not asking his name, as he certainly deserves to be commended.
Taken as a whole, I would rate my experience at King's Fish House as a 9 out of 10. It's not a score I give lightly, and it represents an establishment that is nearly perfect. The quality of the food, the ambiance, the service, all play into this high rating.
In conclusion, if you find yourself craving seafood that's a class apart, I urge you to visit King’s Fish House. Rest assured, you're in for a...

It's a sad day for me to give my favorite restaurant a 1 star. We have been a customer of King Fish House- Calabasas- for many years. We were greeted nicely, seated nicely, but served horribly. The tables have turned.
Our waiter today was Jorge. What I noticed while seated was Jorge the waiter asking other tables how's the food and if anything else is needed. The norm of King Fish waiters/waitresses.
As we waited for a long while, Jorge came to our table and asked if we wanted something to drink. We asked for four waters with lemon. He brought the waters but no lemons. I asked for the lemons again- he said sorry about that, and returned with the lemons a moment later.
We then ordered our food, the food came but my daughter's food was cold. We waited for Jorge, he was nowhere near. So I flagged down a tall red head and asked her if my daughter's plate could be heated. She takes the plate to have it reheated. At first she was nice about it.
We wait some more, later our waters need to be refilled. We look around for Jorge, nowhere around, he's busy chatting with other tables. I again flagged down the tall red head, and asked for water refills. She looks at me with an attitude and says she'll get our waiter. Our waters get refilled by the red head. The waiter finally returns with my daughter's plate, we then ask Jorge for a box for my daughter's food and the check.
Mind you, Jorge did not stop by our table after taking our order and after the food was served to ask if the food is good to our liking or if we need anything else. He never smiled, never stopped by, never asked if anything was needed, and never offered us desert. So no tip. Sad to say, but Jorge gave us a terrible experience, very disappointed.
Hopefully, Mark the manager can have a talk with the waiters/waitresses on how to provide great customer service. On how to treat all customers gracefully. Waiting...

Yes we got married on his birthday and there is a reason for that but no need to explain on here! But anyways this place well the waiter Marcus was so great!! Made great recommendations!! There is so much to choose from and I just couldn't decide but he was so helpful and honest!! Just amazing!! Ok so oysters!! If you are a fan of oysters definitely a must try here!!! I like oysters.. don't love them because depending on the place they sometimes taste really fishy which I know you're probably thinking duh! But what I mean is they have a wild taste where as the ones from here tasted so clean and we're so flavorful and they have a lot of a variety!! They were just delicious!! We also had the calamari which in some places for me it's a hit or miss ... In some places they just taste rubbery... Right here they were so crispy and fried to perfection and the dipping sauce umm yum!!!! For my entree I had the nut crusted king salmon with a side of garlic mashed potatoes and grilled zucchini 😋 I mean I don't know what else to say but so delicious!!! Anyways I thought I was full which I was but as soon as the waiter said ok desert is on the way (he recommended the butter cake btw) I thought no I can't I'm too full but it was on the house since it was my husband's birthday so he brought it over.
