Save your time and go to a different Panda Express. You never know what you're going to get at this place and I hate to say that 90% of the time you're going to get a negative experience. The staff doesn't act as a team but, rather, separate people. The only thing they have in common is the team manager that yells at them in front of the customers making everything awkward. It doesn't help that the staff talks bad of one another and no one is willing to go out of their way to make things easier / run smooth. I have gone there several times as it's convenient but I really wish there was another Panda. Sometimes you are in and out within 10 - 15 minutes but that is ONLY when there is less than 3 customers in line. The second they have 3+ or a rush, everything falls apart. Online orders, Door Dash, and pickups get ignored to the point there's a crowd of them trauma bonding off to the right, all while the staff acts like they don't exist. If their order is done, they don't bag the food and leave it out to get cold, only acknowledging it when a customer says something. They then proceed to be confused and push all blame onto everyone else, including the customer. The people who wait in line will be waiting for 30 minutes before reaching the counter where they are guaranteed another 10 - 15 minute wait as they wait for the food to be prepared as the staff is never up to date on what foods they have to be cooking and what is running low. One lady waited 45 minutes for a plate of food. Another was given the wrong order and he had to wait 10 minutes for them to get the order right as they kept ignoring him. The manager had an argument with a customer who waited 30 minutes AFTER their order was supposed to be done and the manager blamed them for placing the order and said they had a thousand and one things to do, basically saying the customer is not their priority. On top of that the manager will ignore customers who are trying to get their attention and they are openly angry. Read moreBad service, I actually got food sick the evening of my visit to this particular location I never had a problem with any other panda express except this particular location. I got I'll from their half fasting orange chicken that I wanted it was a tad late at night but not when they were closing. The cashier we had her name is Leticia she was super nice and made sure we got everything we asked for and she made the whole experience better with the way that she took care of us when checking out and making sure we had everything we asked for so she did a fantastic job! but the employee who was at the chow mein/rice area didn't greet us he just said "for here or to go" no smile nothing showing he was pleased to help a customer have a good experience and then he turned to one of the cooks of whom was Hispanic and started speaking in Spanish to her to get some orange chicken our for us which was nice in one way but I was iffy because he did not come off as a pleasant employee to have. and I had no idea what he was saying to her which came off very unprofessional in my opinion I would have understood if he went to her in a more private area but he just yelled out in the open to the cook and it was highly unprofessional. That particular employee was actually very rude and I didn't know if he was telling anyone to spit in the customers food or not you never know now a days but still at least go to a more private area out of the customers area to speak with the cook whether there is a language barrier or not. Ordering online from this store is a bad idea. You can walk through the line in person 6 times over and get your food faster, do not use their online ordering system, as it is given last priority during peak times. No night shift manager in sight to keep the system moving.
Also never dash or Uber from this place, saw at least 4 dashers cancel orders after waiting 20 minutes beyond the pick up time hoping they could deliver their food. We ourselves got skipped by multiple orders that had pick up times well after ours, and our order was for 2 adults and one child. 1 hour after our pickup time, so about 1 hour 45 after order was placed, and the order was incorrect. Went back in for correction and took another 10 minutes while the cooked food was sitting there.
The online issues were probably due to the one lonely staff member trying to work the online expo station with virtually zero assistance.
Also why have so many workers taking their dinner breaks during your rush and taking up 4 tops, while paying customers were huddling around smaller tables to eat? Equally, you never let a worker walk passed a customer that has already paid for a sit down meal with the last of an item on the employees plate. Now the customer that already paid for his meal had to wait 15 minutes for the kitchen to fire more, especially when the employee told the customer very rudley to move out of there way so they can eat. The gentleman had to stand and wait with all of us online orders for 15 minutes while the rest of his food got cold.
