Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Caledonia Charter Township

I ordered and paid online, which made it super convenient. At my scheduled time, I just walked in and grabbed my order off the counter. First time here, I had the cold club. I customized my sub and took off the oil, vinegar, salt and oregano...I wish I wouldn't have done that! My sub had minimal mayo and it really needed everything I removed as it was pretty dry. The bread is super soft and fluffy, mmm, but a little sloppy since they cut the top right off. I worked at Blimpie subs when in high school, and this place reminds me soooooo much of Blimpies. I understand that we came in about 15 minutes to close and they were trying to clean up. The gal stacking the chairs was making so much noise that it was hard for me to understand what the woman behind the counter was saying. We had never been to a Jersey Mike's before and needed some explanation. My husband who is hard of hearing didn't hear a word even with me standing next to him couldn't hear me. I had been hoping for one of these open around here. The Big Kahuna is amazing. It's a regular Philly but with mushrooms and jalapeños added. It's so good here. It costs around $17 for the giant size, but I can get two full subs out of it, so it's worth it to pay for that one. I eat a lot but even for me they are huge. They are always so juicy but never with soggy bread. Don't get me wrong, I love Big John's and mancinos for steak sandwiches and even Subway, but this might be a small...
