McDonald's — Restaurant in Caledonia Charter Township

Great people skills from employees....very nice ....but 9 out of 10 times i come here my order is wrong...and even when its right...they put these pictures of these great looking hamburgers up...and im not dumb ur not gonna get one that looks like that when u order it... But at least get it right and ready to eat.. I get mine its got ketchup smeared all over wrapper and bun....no mustard hardley at all 1 maybe 2 pickles....lettuce is brown...and its a smooshed down and wrapped up...i have to agree with the guy in earlier posts...the fries are the worst....worst fries from any McDonald's ive ever been too....and what is McDonald's known the most for? The french fries....when u go to this McDonald's there either all short and over cooked and so salty i could melt ice on my drice way with them....or there a mooshy and nasty from being in microwave....and when u order a large u get maybe a medium worth of fries..like the box is hardley full...u go to other McDonald's and there golden fresh fries over flowing from the box...not here there burnt up short little fries or nasty mooshy ones out of the microwave from 4 hours ago....one of the worst McDonald's i have EVER...

So I brought my daughter here after a special occasion last week and we got home and she sat down and eat her happy meal and when she finished everything she handed me the box because there was no toy in it. So I called up to the store and spoke to Jordan and was given the option to come up there and pick up a new toy because there wasn't one or to get a replacement happy meal at another day. So tonight I waited in line for 15 minutes and told them that I had spoken to her and I wanted the replacement Happy meal and they said sure no problem go ahead and pull ahead. So at this point my daughter knows she's getting a Happy meal because she knows where we are. We get all the way up to the order window and I'm handed a toy and told that she's not getting a Happy meal. So now I have a very upset child who doesn't understand why we went there and she was told she couldn't have her cheeseburger. It would have been nice if the plan was to not give her the cheeseburger don't make the offer because now I'm consoling a crying child and I wasn't even given the option to purchase a Happy meal for her. I would not recommend this location.

-5 rating** Usually I start with the good the bad and the ugly I'm just going to the ugly because mcdonald's is mcdonald's. Ugly- For veterans day Mcdonald's announced they would be giving veterans a free value meal. However the owner of this mcdonald's and the one in Perry and I think there are a few more told the employees to not give that deal to veteran's. No explanation, according to the manager, I have to assume that either the owner doesn't care for veterans or feels it hurts the pocket book too much to say thank you. Either way I will go to the Owosso mcdonald's by 52 from now on instead as they honored the veterans day meal. I called Perry who verified the same information as Corunna (Owosso#2) I don't usually give a lower rating if a restaurant doesn't gives a veteran's discount or a meal on veteran's day, though I give preference to those who do, but when an owner breaks away from corporation like this it tells me a lot about the owner and that owner doesn't deserve my business or...
