Arby's — Restaurant in Calera

My family and decided to stop here for a bite at 2215 on a Friday night and we’re turned away stating that their inside was closed. I stated to the young man through the door that I was traveling in my RV with my family and our vehicle was too big for their drive-through. they insisted that I stand outside in order my food through the drive-through window, pouring rain, freezing, cold temperatures, very unprofessional if you ask me.As I ordered my family’s food through the drive-through window in pouring down rain, they all giggled and laugh as if I was a fool for standing in the cold rain, to feed my family. Now to my understanding Arby’s close at 11 PM and at this location dine in is also open until 11 PM. Very poor service I considered this unprofessional, and unlike Arby’s standard. Well let’s see…… When I walked in to pick up my mobile order, the girl asked my name and I told her. Then she proceeded to grab the bag and started looking at me weird because I looked inside the bag to ensure all of my items were there. Then I tasted the food when I got outside and I was highly disappointed. The fries were COLD. My time to pickup was 12:17 and I got there and actually received it at that time. There is NO way it should’ve been cold. I gave them the benefit of a doubt though. I said well at least my steak nuggets better be good. WRONG. The Angus cheese steak meal tasted like the aftertaste of vomit. Not exaggerating. Then when I went in to tell them the sandwich was nasty they said they didn't do refunds to people because they don't like the sandwich. I said I don't want a refund just a ham and cheese so I can eat. The ham and cheese was soggy and they were laughing as they made my sandwich and not sure if it was me or something else but still. My daughter's hamburger was flavorless and tough around the edges. The French fries were shorter than an inch long little pieces of fries. Very snobby and rude.
