Buyer beware! Hopefully all of the scam artists have been fired (I am aware of 2 that have been). Upgraded all 4 phones on my account just before Christmas 2023 b/c of promotion offered at the time, where we were advised by the sales person (Roger) and supervisor (Rose) would be "free" other than taxes and activation fee, but would take a couple of billing cycles to see the reverse credits start showing on our billed amount, but would be retroactive. Only one would have been upgraded; the other 3 were only upgraded due to the promotional offer. I continued to follow up via phone and in person. On my last visit in person, I was informed by the current sales person those two had been fired for fraud (apparently we were lucky we got any credit on our phones we traded in, as opposed to them being pocketed and sold out the back door, and we were not the first to be defrauded by these now former employees). I was given the regional manager's email address -- Michael Vaughn (she had him on the phone) to email with the details and he would forward to the appropriate group for handling. Read moreFirst, there was a "glitch" with the online order that I attempted. The system continued to cancel my orders WITH my ID submitted. The system cancelled 3 orders within minutes when 24hrs was required to submit the ID. I then cancel the 4th order per your customer service rep and go to the store. Trent is extremely loud and condescending. Alicia was awesome. The last order that I cancelled could not be removed from my account (it was showing as pending) even after Alicia manually removed the status. I ended having to pay $287.00 opposed to the upgrade price of $108 meaning I was forced to pay off my current phone plus pay sales tax on the new phone as I was not comfortable leaving my phone there for 4 hours while they transferred my information (I was told by Trent it would take 4 hours). The music in the store was extremely loud and vulgar. My entire experience has me searching for a new company. AT&T is not it.

I told him my father had just passed away unexpectedly he said nothing. I said I was sad and still in shock could he just look at my settings and see if I had done something. I ask him if he could check if storage was full. NO AGAIN. He was like a parrot ma’am all I can tell you if take it to Apple store on 280. He’s only comment was go to apple store. He would not even look at my phone or try to see what was going on. I went to another location in Alabaster and the sales rep was great! All it needed was to be updated! I will never go to Calera location for ANYTHING! Work on your customer service skills and put the Red Bull drinks away. We have a lot of family members on a plan but if I had walked in and wanted to Buy a new phone or tablet his whole demeanor would have been different.
