Far more competent than autozone in pelham and especially chelsea. I called asking for them to check and see if they have a specific can of touch up paint for my vehicle. He literally went to the aisle and took a moment to read the paint codes on the cans to check for my paint code. Checking the computer for paint codes in stock is futile and he knew it. Chelsea autozone had someone who suggested i drive 20 minutes to look for myself. He was scared/incompetent to just go check the aisle. "We have a whole aisle of paint, you can come look" he knew it was a toyota, so he didn't know apparently it would be a small section with maybe 8 cans to check.

Pelham didn't know that paint codes were on the cans and they gave up and said they didn't have it without looking at the cans.

Went in at 12:30 10/05/2025 to purchase a battery marked $129.99 on line and in store, get to the register with it and the girl says oh no, we had a price increase in the system that we haven’t had time to mark on the floor (still shows $129.99 on the website) and it will cost you $139.99 instead, I asked for a manager and she calls another girl then says they are both managers?? Second girls says well we can discount it down to $129.99 but cannot give you the first responders discount as well. I told them that’s bait and switch, they said well there is nothing else we can do. Normally when we do business here they are great. These 2 girls need to be fired for doing things like this. I highly recommend this location. I stopped by today around 4pm. A young lady and guy helped me. I wish I had gotten their names bc they saved my day. I was traveling home from out of town when my battery died. I stopped by another Autozone away from home first. That location told me I’d have to get someone else to take out the battery and install the new one. I then took my car to the next auto shop I could find (OReilly Auto). They too told me they couldn’t change my battery and that no one else would today. At this point I wanted to cry bc no one would help me. My finally stop was AutoZone in Calera. Within 10min I got a battery, they installed it, and I was on my way. They were fast, nice, professional. They have my business...
