I normally have good experiences at this place and I've never been told that the patio is closed in fact I've ordered breakfast at this location many times and I have parked my truck and walked to the patio area and ordered my food and left but I just stopped at this location get something to go, no plans on staying and eating and because I have a truck that is too big for the drive-thru and too big for one of the outside ordering spots I parked and walked to the patio area just to be told the patio was closed and I'm not going to stand out in the cold in order food and you can't really walk thru a drive thru so I will take my money to one of the other restaurants that I can walk inside and order food since it's too much of an inconvenience to let me order inside and let me add to that the door to walk inside the enclosed patio area was not locked so that kind of hinted towards the patio area was open. I would have even accepted you can order here but you won't be able to eat in the patio area but again I'll go where I can order inside. And just so I'm clear here the young lady that told me the patio area was closed wasn't exactly rude about it she did apologize but whoever is making the rules and whoever is in charge of closing the patio area I think you should know that that's kind of ridiculous when it's 30° outside I mean just tell people they can order there but they can't dine there so again no offense to the young lady that had to be the one to tell me this I respect she was probably doing what she was told to do at least I hope...

After ordering 2 Sonic blast and 2 shakes only, I waited over 15 minutes at the stall while I watched employees play around and not do their job. Specifically, a young male and young female employee that repeatedly approached the car next to me and appeared to be socializing. The two employees spent a good 10 minutes socializing with the person in the vehicle. Seeing cars in the drive thru order their food after me and leave multiple times, I decided to pull around in the drive thru line. When I approached the drive thru window, another young female employee was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude when I told her that I ordered my ice cream at the stall. She then proceeded to make the 4 items I ordered but 2 of the shakes were incorrect. At this point, I was over the entire situation and requested she give me my money back. I will not be going back to the Calera location until something is done about the quality of employees there. I understand that most of the employees are students in school but they should be trained better and taught how to be professional when it pertains to customers.
