I'd give zero stars if possible. We ordered food through the drive thru, after work. I work in the area and decided to hit Arby's on my way home. I live about 20 minutes away. When I got home, the order was wrong and awful. We don't eat that "cheese" sauce. I called immediately. The lady told me to swing by the next day and she would offer a gift card, because she couldn't give me a refund. I was ok with that accommodation. I show up the next day for the same lady to tell me her supervisor would not do it. She could only replace the sandwiches...$34 order. I told her I didn't want new sandwiches, that I am on my lunch break and the food would go bad...not to mention we don't eat out like that. We don't like to eat fast food that often. She would not give me contact information for the person above her. She wouldn't give a managers info...instead they took my money and did not make their mistake right. The lady even acknowledged that they made a mistake. She even remembered the order as shevwas work the night prior. I'm not just trying to get something out of them. I spent $34 for the food to get trashed. My family didn't eat the food. This isn't the first incident, but I let the others slide. This is unacceptable and very poor service. I won't be back. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this location. This is very...
Read moreI've been to this Arby’s location on Arden a number of times, both on my lunch break and weekends with friends, and for the most part, I love it. The location is super convenient, and the drive-thru is fast - rarely any long wait, which is always a plus when you’re on the go.
The sandwiches are really what make this place stand out. If they’re cooked right, they’re absolutely amazing. I mean, Arby’s is known for its classic roast beef, but this location offers a solid variety of sandwiches that go beyond the basics. The Rueben is one of my personal favorites - it’s stacked with meat and they always give you the sauces you ask for, which I really appreciate.
However, the only reason I’m giving this review 4 stars instead of 5 is due to some inconsistencies with the quality. One of my go-to orders is the classic roast beef, and when it’s fresh and hot, it’s perfect. But occasionally, it’s a little off - sometimes the beef can be overly salty, and it almost tastes like it’s been sitting out for a bit too long. That’s a bit disappointing, especially when you’re craving that perfect sandwich.
All in all, this is still a great spot, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Just hoping they tighten up quality control a bit more so I can count on that consistent, delicious experience every time. Still highly...
Read moreI made an online purcase this morning for the Arby's 5 for$5 Classic roast beef sandwiches. I received a confirmation email at 12:08 pm with order number showing pick up time of 2:15 pm. I arrived at the Arden Way Arby's at 2:25 pm and was told they had no record of my order. I said I had gotten confirmation and payment had been made. The counter person prepared the order and handed it to me. I then order 2 chicken sandwiches and paid for them. While waiting for those the Manager came out and demanded to see the confirmation email. I did not have wifi so the Manager got me onto their network and I was able to access my email which showed the order had been cancelled. That email was sent at 2:10 pm FIVE MINUTES BEFORE my 2:15 pm pickup time. I offered to pay for the order but the manager declined my offer. I had to drive across town and returned with ZERO Roast Beef sandwiches. I am a senior citizen and have never been treated so disrespectfully as a customer. I will NEVER order from Arby's online and have unsubscribed from them. Arby's...
