Sorry for the one star on service. Service is good when I patronize them. I gave one star because lately every time I've gone there is a line and only one person helping customers. At some point, a business needs to make the decision to respect customers' time and hire additional staff to get them in and out on time. As a rule of thumb I will wait no more than ten minutes in a business then I walk out--unless I simply have nothing to do. But to wait 15-20 minutes to be seen in a donut shop is unacceptable. On two occasions I was on a lunch break and I was late getting back to work both times. I understand the payroll issue, but that's the cost of doing business even if the store isn't always busy. I judge restaurants and other stores the same way. At least in a restaurant I expect something of a wait--but not to buy donuts or seniorita bread.
That said, I love everything about BBs, and wear my BBs hat at least 2-3...

Upon arriving to the store there was a sign on the door âstaxx sold outâ I went inside and told a girl who was working at the time about my order and the sign. So, I asked for a refund and she didnât know what to do. She took my number down and said the manager would contact me. Few days passed and never received anything. I sent an email. No response. I disputed the charge to golden 1 and they temporarily stopped the charge. Fast forward 2 months later golden 1 reversed the dispute because the merchant provided documentation that I participated in the transaction. Of course I did, but I never received my damn items. So, I ainât buying shit here ever again....
