Bahama Buck's - Redlands — Restaurant in California

Our first visit was amazing! I believe the owner must have been the one who helped us because she was very nice and told us how it worked with ordering and even offered us samples, we loved the service and sno so much we came back with family and friends today! Unfortunately it was a completely opposite, I believe the girls name was Deeana (we were there December 29 around 2 pm) it’s hard to remember the time because she didn’t even offer a receipt. She was very unwelcoming and very impatient, my brothers wanted to try a few flavors but she was so bothered by this that they didn’t even ask anymore, one of my friend also said the same thing, she wanted to try flavors but she the worker was just unpleasant. I didn’t know how the point system worked and didn’t know that I had to give my number so I had my app ready and the girls name just mumbled something about just getting my number and not the app. I don’t think this girl should be working there she’s very unpleasant. We liked the blonde woman who helped us on our first visit she was very pleasant and we hope she is the face of Bahama bucks for this location, she’s very friendly and patient. Deeana should find...

I was in Redlands for one night and stopped to get sushi and afterwards I was definitely craving something sweet. I was at my hotel and searched ice cream in this place came up and I was so glad to be able to come here instead of going to get ice cream. I’m really impressed at how many different sizes that they have. I think I went with the 16 ounce and it was perfect. If anything I might’ve got something bigger but this was great. I added three flavors and I went with coconut mango and tigers blood. I got sweetened condensed milk on top and it was absolutely delicious. I wish they had one of these places next...

Staffs are rude. Stood and waited patiently at the area where you pick up the orders, there was a staff there and she could clearly see me, and did not once acknowledge me, nor even bothered asking if I needed anything. Duh.... I wasn't just standing there just for the heck of it. I finally asked for straw and she couldn't even hand it to me, she put it down on the counter as I was reaching for it. And no, they're weren't busy or anything. They were even gossiping and joking around amongst each other. Could management teach these kids some customer service...
