I made a purchase in your store, and the Britt lady cashier was extremely rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Greetings and smiles? None. Just coldness, rudeness, and arrogant behavior. She even had the nerve to ask for my wife’s ID, even though I was the one making the purchase and had already shown my license.
The total was $65 — quite a lot of items — and she just stared at me without offering a bag. When I politely asked for one, she made such an unpleasant face, as if I was asking her for a huge personal favor. Jesus Christ, this was the worst customer service I’ve experienced in California — actually, in the whole country (and I’m a trucker, I’ve been to many places).

Read moreTerrible customer service from the cashier. She was SO rude and denied selling to us for something SHE made us do. She was yelling at the 3 people in line to pull their IDs out before they even got to the counter, in the face of the customer she currently had.
My husband's hands were full and there was no where to put anything down since he was still in line, so I took a bottle from him to hold it while he took his ID out, then gave it back to him. When he went to pay she demanded my ID too because "you touched the alcohol" when I only handled it because she was yelling at everyone else. I didn't bring my own because we are almost 30 and I was not the one buying. Ridiculous, I'm a bartender and I understand reasonable doubt but that was set up. We will go somewhere else in the future.

The security guards makes me feel uncomfortable and unsafe while I’m in the store shopping. And have disrespectful and inappropriate conversations. The cashier whom was also in the conversation was rude when checking me out. Rudely asking for my Id but did not ask me for my member number which is something that always happens. I love BevMo for their prices and chose to derive a mile to get there instead of across the street to the local liquor store.
