Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in California

Third time I come to this location. Always a long wait for no reason. This time around, the line wasn’t even long yet, I waited 30 mins for my drinks. One of them was even wrong. The staff seem all confused. I saw one of them redo a drink multiple times. It seems like they need more training. The car in front of me was at the window and they had to wait 10 mins more for their drinks. While I was waiting and was the second car almost at the window. They kept bringing drinks out and giving them to the cars behind me. I was confused since I ordered before everyone behind me. It was like that for 10 mins until it was my turn to be at the window. Waited 5 mins just for one of the staff to finally come up to the window and give me my drinks that were just behind the window. It seems like my drinks were ready since along time before I arrived and nobody bother to check. One of my drinks was not even correct. Worst experience at a Dutch bros. My wife and I have been visiting Dutch Bros. since we discovered them in Arizona. We were overjoyed when they opened one in Yucaipa, and even more so for the one in Redlands. Their customer service is always great. Friendly, smiling, and communicative staff. Overall, it's a great vibe. Now, let me get into why I'm writing this review. I always order the same drink, green tea with peach flavoring and light ice. At first, it was good. Great balance of tea and flavoring. However, the last three or four times, it's tasted like water with a hint of peach flavoring. I drive off, and it's a toss of the dice. Will it be good, or will it be watered down peach something or another. Dutch Bros. you have good employees, but please teach them consistency! If I want watered-down garbage, I'll go somewhere else. I once put a great review for the Redlands Dutch Bros. They did have very friendly staff, great atmosphere, and while there’s long wait times (even with order ahead) it was worth it. The past two times I’ve gone to this location they made my drink wrong (which is not a huge issue but paid extra for special adds) and when I let the person handing my drink to me know they were rude and tried saying I ordered it wrong. The 1st time the guy was even refusing to fix it and blamed me for it. He refused to give me his name and would not get a manager, just kept arguing with me. The 2nd time (6/6/25) the girl tried to tell me I ordered it wrong, I let her know I definitely ordered it correctly, she rudely takes the drink and says she’ll fix it. I even showed her the order on my app, she shrugged and handed me the drink (which she literally just threw in the blender from the wrong made drink, barely re adding a tiny bit of the soft top which I paid extra for).
