The ice cream is decent with very large portions. My ice cream was given to me not properly frozen. If I had known it was not ready, I would have chosen another flavor. I also felt like the flavors were good, but not great. Personally I care less about large portions and more about quality. I feel the flavors could be more balanced and be curated with more care. So we have been to MANY Handels locations. I have never received such a SMALL scoop of ice cream. Literally it looked like they used a regular spoon to scoop it. Are these stores franchises?
