10/16/2022: We just arrived home from a trip, and wanted to catch the 49ers game, so we dropped into this establishment. For a sports bar, it wasn't very busy. The servers were friendly, but there were only 2 people, so they were busy running around to help us all.

Hubby had the double herd burger with fries and I had the Clubhouse sandwich with fries. We also shared an order of onion rings. The food was great! The burger was huge, with the patties being the actual size of the bun. Plus, it was loaded with fresh veggies. My club was huge too! There was a nice amount of turkey and cheese, and veggies were crisp and fresh. I was pleasantly surprised that the fixings went from edge to edge, so you had a nice bite of everything throughout the entire sandwich. My lunch buddy and I go to lunch together once or twice a month, enjoying visiting many different restaurants or pubs. Somehow we keep coming back at least once a month for the good food, very good beer and comfortable neighborhood feeling. Servers are all very good and quite friendly. The menu has several different approaches, with interesting pizzas, burgers or large salads our favorites. I have "Thai Chili Pizza" on this visit, a good dish that I've never seen before, with a low-cost side salad. Large TV make it easy to watch yesterday's football during the week, soccer, golf and other options. It is not crowded most week days, with good seats at the bar to watch the TV best.
