Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in California

Staff was extremely RUDE! Me and my two friends were told we were the last order. I took my order and proceed to get my soda when I was done. The cashier then tell my friends that were right next to me that they cannot order because she was only taking 1 order before close. She didn't explain herself that we had to order all on one tab and we were under the impression that we were all the last customers. The manager was extremely RUDE and SNATCHED the receipt from me and would not listen to my explanation of why they were wrong. I got my refund and spent my money elsewhere. The particular habit is for some reason in-capable of holding down any of its employees, I see different faces and management at this one on a weekly basis. Over the past two month I have been increasingly disappointing in this one. From messed up meals and drinks to butchered chicken sandwiches. Most recently I was served the wrong drink, and a spicy chicken sandwich that was both horribly overcooked and lacking any of their advertised sauce. I recently tried The Habit Burger Grill's new BBQ Bacon Char, and I must say, the actual burger falls short of the advertised photo. My burger was much smaller, and the most disappointing part was that it had only two pieces of bacon, whereas the advertisement shows it overflowing with bacon.

Despite the lack of bacon, the burger still tasted good. However, given the price, I expected more. I'm hoping this three-star rating will bring this issue to their attention, especially since their burgers...
