A great customer service is to make an eye contact and give pleasant smiles to customers. Well, I always got no eye contact nor smiles, but frowned faces from three different female cashiers on different occasions, the youngest one seems like she does not want to be there and acting like she's doing me a favor on two occasions. Always tried to engage each of them in a pleasant mood but they are fixed to act their own ways with attitude and arrogance. Every time someone gets a bad meal they will tell 10 people and they tell ten people. If you give a great meal people will tell everybody how great it is If you don’t fix it this restaurant will b closed by December. Live up to...
