I had gotten multiple quotes from window companies all around the Bay Area to replace all the windows in my house and Caiati Customs was the best! Not only are they very reasonably priced but they don’t bs you and are so trustworthy. Kris the owner also had great advice and intel on which windows would work and look best for my style house and suggested the prettiest kitchen window style I would have never thought of. Caiati Customs were also spot on with the delivery and installation time estimate which I much appreciated. When installing the windows, they were so clean about everything; vacuuming the remnants while cutting drywall the whole time (so no mess!) While replacing my windows, Kris was upfront and honest about finding a bunch more dry rot around my windows than I had noticed. He generously offered to also fix replace that as well, when some other companies may have acted like they didn’t see it just to finish their job quicker. All 13 of my windows were done in a very timely fashion even during off and on rain weather. At the end of each day they would do a clean up like they had never even been there. I had Caiati Customs do multple jobs in my home, including kitchen cabinets, replacing a bathroom , replacing water heater , hard wood floor replacement and finish and so on. They have done an excellent job each and every time. I have recommended them to my family and friends. In addition, their prices were very fair. So far everyone is very pleased with their work and I don't recommend many of the contractors that I have had do some work for me.

Kris remodeled a bathroom for us and did an excellent job. The tile work was excellent and he directed us to place where we were able to get a gorgeous counter top fabricated for a very reasonable price.
