I’ve been here a few times before and never had an issue with the food before until now. I ordered 2 burritos and a chilaquiles plate to go. When I got home I noticed the order was wrong. I called to ask if I had not ordered the right thing and Maria said I did have the correct order and read it back to me so I told her what I was given and she said I was describing a rancheros plate. When we cleared that up she then switched up and said that’s not possible because she gave the rancheros plate to a man who had ordered it before. Moral of the story she kept saying I was lying and claimed that I did receive my correct order and wouldn’t replace it until I showed her a picture of the wrong item. Instead of simply admitting she mixed my order with his she kept arguing with me, calling me a liar and insisting a picture. Mix up shouldn’t happen but I understand they can. I was calling to let her know so I could go back and get my correct meal. My issue was Maria’s attitude and response to the situation. She ruined my experience here and won’t return ever again. When we arrived, she had someone else check the wrong plate to see if I was telling the truth and had someone else give me the right one. She also refused to tell me who was the manager or supervisor when I had called earlier. She said no one was in charge that day. She also never apologized. We had to drive back which already is an inconvenience, we expected our orders to be correct. But returning there we were treated like it was our fault they gave us someone else’s order. Read moreI went in with my brother today and I love this place but the woman that was working there around 3:30 on May 18 was rude and had no sense of customer service. I believe in 2019 that customers should ALL be greeted and thanked for coming in because it wouldn’t be a business without us. She went out of her way to greet and thank MEN coming in but not me, I guess I wasn’t a guy for her to go out her way today. Then to top it off she can’t even tell us our chamango was ready I had to look at her for her to say something. My brother doesn’t even want to go back because of it, the sad thing is that I came from Chula Vista just for them and the customer service is what WONT make us come back.
