My wife got off work EXTREMELY late (past midnight) , to where Jack was the only place open aside from In-n-out. It took what seemed to be forever just to get up to order (and the line wasn't that long to warrant the time it took). Once I was FINALLY able to order, the girl on the speaker was kind of rude, and thre the drink we used to ALWAYS get there (Barq's cream soda with strawberry), you apparently don't have (honestly, it seemed more like your worker didn't know how to find it). Mind you, this is AFTER I asked for an oreo shake instead of a soft drink for the combo; just to be told "We're not doing making any shakes right now". Really?!? Are you guys looking to rival McDonald's in the not having shakes and soft serve game now? Then, to top it all off, when we got home with her food, her chicken strips were cold, dry, and didn't taste right! Seriously, we live 5 minutes away, so if it was hot when we received it, it would've been fine when we got home. To be honest, I might've been a little more ok with y'all not having the drink we like if it didn't take so darn long just to order. Really, there were 4-5 of us in line in total (including the cars that were waiting to pick up their order). It really just tanked to the worst Jack experience ever when my wife bit into her chicken strip and it was so disappointing. Seriously, I came to you guys for her instead of going to a place closer to me (I live on Sierra Madre) and I know the food NEVER disappoints because my wife loves y'all's chicken strips. Doubt I'll be...

First of all, this Jack in the Box has the most disgusting bathroom I've ever seen! There was a box, literally a cardboard box soaking in urine in the big toilet so it was impossible to make a solid waste deposit if you had to. Not to mention there was toilet paper everywhere and a soaking wet floor, I don't even want to know what half of that liquid was. When I was done with my business and went to wash my hands, there was no soap and the paper towel dispenser wasn't working. So I had to dry my hands with my pants after being in that terrible bathroom and didn't even want to eat my food after seeing that bathroom because of how disgusted I was. I don't even want to think about how well they maintain the kitchen after seeing that.
I think I'm going to take a long break from Jack in the Box after that experience...
Also, how are the employees able to wash their hands after using the bathroom? I used to work in the kitchen at a retirement home and 100% do not trust eating at a place that handles meat without uncleaned hands. The health inspector needs to have a visit soon before some...
Read moreI would give my experience this morning a ZERO star review if possible. I went to the drive through to order. The person taking my order was pushy, rude, and disrespectful. It was the worst customer service I've ever received ANYWHERE. By being so pushy, he was actually enabling a longer time to finish my order because I wasn't even given 30 seconds to read the menu before being asked, "Anything else." I asked for more time to read and was greeted with another "Anything else." So, I cancelled my order and asked to speak with a manager when I got to the window. The manager was equally pushy, rude, and disrespectful and defended whole heartedly this rude worker's actions. Then, she shut the window on me and refused to talk any more. There are other Jack in the Boxes for me to choose from in the future. I'd rather drive a half hour extra than to ever visit this Jack in the Box again. They don't care about their customers at this one. Avoid...
