Jack in the Box — Restaurant in California

After a long day of traveling back to the USA, we (family of 8) decided to get something to munch on before getting back on the road. Everything went well until we got our order. As everyone else does, we checked our bags to make sure we had everything we ordered since it was a big order. We found that 1 sandwich was missing, so we let them know that we were missing a sandwich but the manager and worker wouldn't believe us. Maybe they were thinking that we are trying to get an extra sandwich for free, but we was just trying to get our sandwich that they forgot to add and wanted to leave because we still had a long travel time before getting home. She kept insisting that the manager added everything we ordered in our bag, and that if we wanted the sandwich we ordered we had to pay again for it🤬🤬 I showed her the receipt and asking her why she trying to charge us again for something we paid for already. We kept going back and forth until I was finally fed up and requested for my refund. The manager refused to give us our refund and told us that if we wanted the sandwich we ordered we had to go back around in line to pick it up. After going back around to get the sandwich WE PAID FOR and to not even get an apology for their mistake was B.S. Definitely not coming back to this Jack N box...

So I went in an order a quick breakfast to go..Got my food went to the car and opened my sandwich to make sure they made it right..and they did..except..they added a little extra something on it..There was a sticker attached on the cheese...If I didn't flip the sandwich over, I possibly could have ate it..Luckily that didn't happen..So I took it back inside and showed the manager. He was in shock, just like I was, he showed to the cook, I couldn't hear everything that the cook said, but I did hear him say...That he doesn't know how that happened and he made a lot of if them today. All I could do was laugh.. But the manager was nice..He replaced it and gave me a dessert..That is nice and all..Just wanted to make people aware, check your food, before...

I had an amazing experience at Jack in the Box! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Every bite was packed with great taste, and you can tell they put effort into making their food high-quality.

The store itself was impressively clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. It’s always nice to walk into a place that takes cleanliness seriously!

The staff was also fantastic—friendly, attentive, and eager to provide great service. They made the experience even better with their positive attitudes and efficiency.

Overall, this Jack in the Box location exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be coming back....
