Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in California

I went In to cabazon Jersey mikes today. Had 1 other person in the building that was in front of me. They ordered there food and left. I ordered only two items. Stood there waiting for 15 mins for them to start my sandwich. They started making a bunch of mobile orders ahead of mine, which is fine. I understand that they have to get those orders finished. Even though they had 3 people in the back and only 2 people up front, i still Understood. They finally start to make my order. A mobile order comes in and they stop working on my order and start working on that other mobile order. Finally i asked them if they could complete mine because i had been standing there for 25 mins at this point, With nobody else in the store! They went back to working on my sandwich, went to wrap it up and sat my sandwich on the bare counter next to the register where they exchange money. I was so grossed out but I’m not one to speak up. I had the best experience today, the worker (Liz, I think) was excellent! Liz asked all the right questions to making my sandwich and was fast at it too, she was friendly and knowledgeable of the type of sandwich I wanted and I was out the door I'm less than 10 minutes. I enjoyed my experience and will be back again to this location, Liz truly made my day with her great attitude and professionalism. The restaurant is in a snug location and can be busy at times so be prepared to wait during those times. Plenty of parking for both 4 wheels and RV. There's a bank nearby along with the Famous Hadley's Orchards store and a gas station across the street, in my opinion best place to stop...

Got bored during the recent pandemic so my family and I decided to drive out of the area and get a bite to eat. We've never had jersey mikes. We decided to stop in to the Cabazon location. Boy was that a mistake. There were only two workers. Immediately the one who was going to help us started yelling about where to stand. She had a HORRIBLE attitude. I proceeded to give her my order and even mentioned to her that it was our first time going to jersey Mike's (only because she seemed irritated because we didnt know how the order process worked).
