JoMa's Artisan Ice Cream — Restaurant in California

Been coming here for a long time now, don't mind the prices because the ice cream is SOOOO worth it I would so give it a five the one lose of a star is because every time I come in I'm charged a different price and lately they've been good with it so I bring in my exact change this time with my card in my pocket just in case and it's a good thing cuz again a different price was changed I just paid$9.50 for a single scoop of me want cookie in a waffle cone.. it's 😞 sad because if it continues I'll probably not continue my business because unfortunately everytime the price changes it goes up never down and the last few times is been and has been for a while$8.50 out the door for a double scoop in a waffle cone.. so not only did I pay a dollar more but I got less than my normal scoop and I even pointed it out on prices to the young lady ringing it up and she told me I was wrong.. but forgive me if the prices posted are saying it all over the store is the customer really wrong in this case!??? I've even had my restaurant's that I worked for do business with them to sell in the restaurant's so yes I've essentially spent A LOT OF MONEY HERE with and without my restaurants business! Hopefully we can get it figured out and I can continue to go here and spread the word about it because I do send a lot of people here as well and I don't want to be that lady with bad...

Ice cream was good but I’m not sure what was going on with the workers. The bathroom door was locked for a long time, then finally a woman came out of there and rushed out the front door. I went to the door to open it And it was locked. Nobody went into the bathroom after the first woman came out. I waited and waited then finally, a second woman came out of the bathroom and went behind the counter. She was a worker. I’m not sure what those two women were doing in that bathroom, but they were in there for a long time. Then soon after, the first woman who rushed out, came back into the ice cream parlor and went behind the counter. She was back there somewhere for a long time. She then went back into the bathroom and then came out and left. That was a really odd situation. I Don’t normally pay attention to that kind of stuff, but that was quite obvious. This place was highly rated. I was a bit disappointed, I couldn't really taste the mint in my ice cream. (She did say it was mild. Jimmy Cricket. )

Her cookies were crisp, but not memorable. Three flavors today chocolate with peanut butter chips, the ones I tried today. Chocolate chips and Drop Sugar Cookies.

When you walk up to her window there's no one there to greet you. No sign to ring the bell for service so you actually have to notice there is a bell and then ring it.
