I came in to order the Pretzel Crust Pizza and the store promised to have it Hot N Ready from 4pm-8pm. On my receipt it says "Promised for 5:17pm" which is the time I actually placed the order. I actually waited 18 minutes and didn't receive my pizza until 5:35pm. That's not what bugged me. I get it, I worked at Pizza Hut for 2 years. What bugged me was after waiting 18 minutes past the promised time, the cashier walked to the oven without sanitizing his hands after handling cash transactions and transfers my pizza from the oven to the box. On top of that, I watched as he cut it and he paused as if he questioned whether he should send it out or not. Judging by picture 2, we can all see why. Look by no means do I care about the "promised time" nor do I care about him screwing my pizza up. It happens. It's how he handled it, that's not the way customer service works nor is that acceptable. A simple "My apologies sir, is this pizza okay with you or do you want us to make a new one?" Would have gone such a long way and saved this horrible experience and saved the $5 tip I was going to give you. On top of all that the sanitation hazards he did as well. Very...
Read moreIt's always a gamble with Little Caesars. This particular location falls into the category of those Little Caesars that skimp on perhaps the most important topping - the sauce. We ordered three pizzas, and one of them was so dry I actually looked at a piece after I had bitten into it to see if there was any sauce at all. I could see a faint, reddish stain on the crust, so I guess some sauce had been applied at some point. Add to that the the pizza took longer to make than expected, and that the staff failed to update the online system in a timely manner, we ended up with a pizza experience that was underwhelming and frankly just meh. I never expect gourmet from Little Caesars, but with the recent price increases it feels like I overpaid for what I got. It's not necessarily the cost saving it used to be, so maybe next time I will simply go someplace...
Read moreThey are rude and they don’t care if they make you wait too long. Isn’t it supposed to be hot and ready? They act so careless that make you wonder if that is normal for all locations but it’s not. I tried other locations even the bad location that is in bad areas but they were so nice. This guy in Rancho San Diego acts like a owner. I don’t know, maybe he is! But it looked so ugly giving free pizza and flirting with a girl today and talking Spanish, like no one would know! I think today was the last straw and not going back to the little Caesars pizza in Rancho San Diego. I would go to round table in Rancho San Diego...
