Had the absolute worst and degrading experience ever! As someone who has worked in the food industry and currently with customer service, never have I ever seen or heard of what happened. I drove into the drive thru and another vehicle pulled a few minutes later. The woman on the speaker mumbled something & then I got ignored for another 5 minutes after what I had already been waiting on. After some frustration of being ignored, I decided to pull up to the first window where the cashier ushered me immediately to the second window. I was greeted at another window by yet another employee and upon mentioning my want to place an order, he walked away and then the window opened to what appeared to be a “shift manager” (no name badge and later got the name Jessica as her identity) and instead of a warm welcome or how may I help you, was more or less greeted by a what do you want type of attitude. I stated that after being ignored I simply wanted to place my order, get my food and get on the way. Immediately I was met with an irritated and condescending attitude, no apologies for any inconvenience or troubles. Instead I was told that she had told me over the intercom system to wait due to the second vehicle’s sensor going off first and therefore according to her why their order was taken first while I was ignored. I know McDonald’s always makes sure their systems are working flawlessly and that aside from sensors, they have cameras outside recording vehicles that pull in with accessible tv monitors for their employees to see the amount of vehicles that drive in. After multiple excuses for the lack of acknowledgement or accountability for not being greeted immediately or warmly or taken care of in a timely manner, I again, stated my request of wanting to place my order and receive my meal. Jessica condescendingly assumed and told me I just wanted a free meal, to which I can’t believe I had to say, that I was not looking for a handout or discount but that I had no problem paying for my food. More than I once I had to repeat myself saying I wanted to order and receive my food in a timely and efficient manner. Instead I was asked by Jessica to pull around the entire restaurant and get back in line to get my order taken, to which I refused. After much frustration, I requested the name for the headquarters/main office and she closed the window on me. Came back with a napkin, scribbled on the wrong information and number to contact. After what seemed like pulling teeth with this girl, I was begrudgingly provided the name of the general manager who she claimed is also the regional supervisor. As someone who once worked and helped open this store back in 2005, I am extremely disappointed that Jessica is an employee of this company and is giving this type of treatment to possibly not only myself, but to other customers. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable in any customer service...
Read moreI come to this McDonald's a lot on the graveyard shift. I ordered a Big Mac combo meal in a large size it came up to $11.19. I gave the cashier boy $20.20 but I was only giving back one cent. I asked for my $9 and he looked confused. I told him I gave you $20 but on my receipt he put that I gave him $11.20. I was told by the girl in charge to park in front of the McDonald's so she can count the drawer. It took a long time and then she came to me and said her drawer was only $3 over and that was all she was going to give me. I was angry I said I don't care about your drawer I want my $9 back. But she refused and said that was nothing she could do about it and that I should come back in the morning and talk to her manager. I told her I gave you $20 now and I want my change back now , that coming back in the morning is a inconvenience for me. This Jennifer girl was very unprofessional very rude and disrespectful and she knows I am a regular customer at that McDonald's why would I want to cheat McDonald's out of $9. I am not hard up to scam someone out of $9. I had to call the sheriff while I was waiting for the sheriff to come that Jennifer girl came out with $9 and told me the next time it happens they can't give me my money back. I told her to tell that boy to pay attention. I could not believe how I was treated at this McDonald's and told the next time they make a mistake they can not give me my money back. I even asked her to look at the video and she told me she doesn't have access to the video. Someone that steals is not going to ask you to look at a video. This really opened my eyes to someone working for a company can actually take your money and refuse to give you your change. What is this world coming to. This McDonald's also has a habit of not filling up the French fry box. You pay for a large french fry but you're actually getting a medium. Something needs to happen with this McDonald's because I can't believe how the employees treat...
Read moreTypically I don’t have a bad enough experience to actually leave a bad review for this location, it’s common for them to mess up our orders and we usually just deal with it. This time is a very different situation. Today at 8:40pm my husband went to the drive thru to pick up an online order we made, prior to this we had a mishap with a previous order made on 3/27, with a quarter pounder made wrong and a missing fish fillet. I had called and spoke with a Manager, who was professional and said she’d write down my name and can just come to the drive thru, let them know and we can get it replaced whenever the next time we come back.
WELL, today we finally decided to order McD again, and decided to get the sandwiches that was missing/wrong from last time. My husband gave the woman at the order taker my name (which the manager said she wrote down), and the date and time that I had called and spoke with the Manager.
This woman was such a RUDE B word for NO reason whatsoever to my husband, I cant believe it. And after being treated so poorly, she didn’t even give us the items we were promised from the Manager!! Honestly I don’t understand how someone can work in customer service and treat someone so poorly, especially when my husband gave no disrespect or tone or anything at all, just simply asking for the food we were promised and had previously paid for. Such disgusting behavior from this woman. And of course she doesn’t give her name out at the order taker and won’t show her face at the window, ah yes, treat people poorly and go hide!! This location needs to do better at hiring their workers, if you can’t treat someone who’s paying for your service nicely, then maybe you should go look for...
