McDonald's — Restaurant in California

If I could put one and a half stars, it's not the greatest.

Food: 1 Star, they don't fry the fries, all they do is cook it and that's it even without effort, it never even taste the greatest without it being fried. The chicken is always soggy no matter what and it taste like **. Wouldn't recommend a burger from there, not the greatest either coming from the employees who work there and don't care about your order.

Service: 1 Stars, Never Recommend, the employees do not seem to consider putting in effort into the food to make it as best as possible, instead, you'll be given either already "pre warmed" fries or chicken that can be soggy. They also take a while to come by if you need condiments or help with your order. The cooks or fryers don't seem to take in effort into the food itself rather than how much they earn an hour.

Atmosphere: 2 Stars, the tables don't seem to be clean, and it's always occupied due to the amount of orders they cannot keep up with.

Breakfast and Lunch: I wouldn't recommend it to anyone reading this either way, the hash browns are not even put with effort. Even the Lunch either way.

Why eat there if the employees aren't going to put effort into the food you buy from there?

Until they can fix all these problems listed in this review, I will not be...

So today I seen that McDonald’s on their app has a new reward system they’ve always had discounts and stuff but today they’re starting to get points finally like everybody else so I go to McDonald’s and I buy my breakfast like always and when I get to the window I ask her after she takes my card how do I get the points and she says I have to give her my barcode before I pay which I know is regular but still it would be nice if she would ask if I have rewards, also give me my receipt, also I feel like she was lying as far as telling me she couldn’t help me get the points after I already paid Update: I gave the drive thru my drive thru code for points like the app says to do and the cashier just was so rude They really gotta change whoever is taking orders every morning They are so rude and talk over you and say some really dumb stuff Like tell you your total before your even done ordering UPDATE: 9 months later The drive thru screen is broken and I’m sorry I don’t have the breakfast menu memorized Had no idea what they had and neither did the person taking my order Also they have a cart filled with sauces sitting in the sun Not very bright Unless they think customers...

Don’t come to this place. I would go to another McDonald’s nearby. I ordered in the app and went to pick up, no one greets you when you get to the speaker at drive through, I waited for a long time, and finally started saying hello to the machine before someone acknowledged I was there and asked me to wait. Then it was another long wait before I can tell someone the code. Next I get to the first window and the wrong receipt was printed, had to ask for the correct receipt. Then to the second window and the wrong order was handed to me. Told the girl the order as not correct, silence for a long time while I waited at the second window. Only after a long wait the girl asked me to pull into one of the spots and wait for my food there. To top everything off, when my food finally got to me, it was lukewarm.

Two years after my last review, and this place had only gotten worse. I placed my order at 12:58pm and nothings happens for more than 40 minutes. When I asked the staff about it, they did not give me any responses. When I asked again, I get an angry reply “do you want me to prepare your food or get a refund”. So much for “FAST” food and...
