This has got to be the craziest / worst experience I have ever had trying to order a coffee. When I arrived I was the only person in the store. I ordered the thai coffee and after I finished paying I was told that the thai coffee was being brewed and would take up to 20 minutes until it was ready so she offered for me to order something else. I said that I would get the Vietnamese coffee instead because it was ready to serve. After I confirmed that I was switching to a different drink it was like I was talking to Dory from Finding Nemo because she immediately forgot I existed. A big group came in ordered drinks and all received there drinks before me. I waited 10 mins before I asked her if my drink is still being worked on when she assured me it was still coming out. At least 10 guests had ordered and gotten their drinks after I had ordered. With still no sign of my drink in sight I asked what the update on my drink was and was told "oh I gave it to you". Why would I be waiting here still and asking where my drink is if I had received it. I left the store without getting my drink or my money back. [Updated on 9/2024] I had the opportunity to visit the shop for the second time on Labor Day, and this time I tried something different - Ice Cream Flan. Even though it was a holiday, the service was quite fast. I asked to taste the ice cream before ordering and the staff who served me was very enthusiastic, which I really appreciated. I ordered 2 ice creams with 2 different flavors: Horchata and Coffee. The ice cream was moderately sweet and the flan was very soft and creamy. The guy who served me gave me so much that it overflowed the cup lol. Besides, the way this dish was presented was very eye-catching. Overall, this ice cream is more worth experiencing than the Thai milk tea I tried last time.

It was quite a busy day when I walked into this place. There was a long line of customers, an order or two were waiting, and one of the people spilt their drink on the floor. A passing glance at the other side of the counter would show you why there was notable traffic. There would be another person helping her out, but there was mainly only one worker holding the front. I don't know her name, but she had a rose parade and stormtrooper pins on her apron - Gravity Falls too. She helped clean the spill for the customer before disappearing into the back to assist her manager. She rushed back to the front immediately to get drinks finished for the others before taking 3 more orders. All of this happened in the span of less than 5 minutes. A worker like that should not be taken for granted nor should she go unrewarded. She looked tired. Just one more thing: thanks for the sunset...
