Went in the store to purchase a screen protector for my Motorola Droid Force. The salesperson that ended up helping me was Joseph Crouson. When I left the store I was a satisfied customer. I thought Joseph went a little extra helping me. That all changed a few days later. While using my phone I noticed that the screen protector is smaller than my phone's screen. I Googled "PureGear" screen protectors to check if the part number that he sold me was correct for my phone. I did not want to complain if the part was correct and I was wrong about how it should fit. Sure enough, "PureGear" shows to different part numbers for the "Droid Force" and the regular "Droids" which corresponded to what I remembered being told when I purchased the phone.
When I called Joseph to tell him that he sold me the wrong part, instead of owning up to it, he proceeded to argue with me. From our conversation it became apparent he does not have full knowledge of the accessories/phone that he sells, that he will sell you what he has in stock if it is the right part or not and will lie to you. He ruined every bit of customer satisfaction that I felt when I made my purchase with his attitude and handling of my complaint. I will never shop there again. I will do ALL of my shopping at the Roseville store where I...
Read moreThis is a third-party retailer with their own activation fees on top of Verizon's they will charge you a setup and go fee for any device you purchase which you already pay through Verizon so they have you double paying through a bait and switch this has happened numerous times and I've always wondered why after a lot of research in numerous phone calls have found out that victra is a third party that is just authorized as a Verizon dealer they have all of their own fees which you would have already paid through Verizon by just going to a Verizon store or a corporate store. Do not be fooled and scammed like I have been numerous times go to an authorized Verizon store. I was charged $40 to activate the phone and $30 to activate the smartwatch when I went on my new Verizon bill it shows those same fees on top of what I've already paid that is because Victor is allowed to charge you this because they are a third party so you are double paying for fees when you do not need to. I highly discard anyone going to anything that has victra on the front door. The store is a scam and I'm honestly extremely disappointed in Verizon for allowing them to double charge customers like this. Do not go to the store unless it...
Read moreVerizon as a whole could have been much better. There was never (not once) a manager in the store, and although we were promised by Verizon more than once that the store manager would contact us, no manager ever called. What could’ve made my experience better is if Lacey was the manager, seeing as she was the only one showing up and not only doing her job, but doing it so well that she made a 2 hour store wait actually tolerable (for every customer waiting there). She made the old timers feel confident instead of discouraged and out of touch, and she multitasked like I’ve never seen. Lacey is a gem and Verizon is lucky to have her. How she is not receiving a manager salary for doing manager work and literally running that store is beyond me. We just switched to Verizon and had a pretty terrible experience from the beginning. If it wasn’t for Lacey, we would’ve 100% already left, as would most of the angry customers she had to deal with in the 4-5 times we’ve been in her store to deal with Verizon issues. That girl is a rockstar and she’s single handedly saving your customers. Encourage your employees to be more like Lacey and give that...
