New in town . Im all for supporting small business owners so i looked up cell phone repair shops,this came up so I headed over right away due to needing to recover photos for a funeral remembrance video. I normally try to be very respectful no matter the situation on review and give a business the benifit of doubt but i just feel i have to be open about my disappointment. I sent my son in to pick them up and got the charges immediately txt to my phone and thought there might have been a mistake in double charges but no Sir ! Is it just me or does this seem a little outrageous? $ 324.26 to replace 2 screens on old galaxy phones.Who does this ??? I Had complete confidence because of reviews . But I just don't get this price at all. And they called this morning to let us know the phone's were ready for pick-up. Had an emergency so I couldn't get there for an extra 2 hours from the phone call and they persisted to call us again at noon to go pick them up. One of the phones is actually still damaged in the top right corner so we were advised to not put pressure in that area or it would Crack???!! Really???? What did I pay for?? Did they accidentally cause this damage before i got there ??? I mean you charged me to fix/ replace the damaged broken screens yet i pay you and one of the phones is still actually damaged!! Also the old password wouldn't work to open the main phone and all they offered to do was reset and clear my phone to unlock it which obviously would have defeated what I paid to repair in order to access my screen ! I'm sorry but im not happy about any of this and highly recommend anyone to ask what their fee's are before having your screen replaced. I don't know who has that kind of money to throw around, especially being a senior citizen on a fixed income. I really thought this would have been a place to continue using for my families phone repairs but I will not be giving them anymore business. I'd rather drive into Sacramento than be what I feel was ripped off and taken...

I called and got quoted a price for my phone and told me it would be done in 45 minutes. I drove there from roseville because I thought it was worth the price. I waited an hr just to be told the parts they had weren't working and made did not register the touch function fo my phone when it had previously there was just a crack that distorted color. And because my phone was already in pieces, i couldn't have it back. I had to be without my phone for 3 days right after the death of my grandma when I needed to notify family and make arrangements. I came back after they had ordered the parts and had them shipped and put my phone back together. I ended up paying 100 dollars more than the original quoted price. To top it off, they charged me an extra 50 for a screen protector that fell off the next day and would not stick to my phone at all when I tried to...
