Bel Air — Local services in Auburn

Not inclined to shop here again. Received texts about substitutions on my pickup order, I asked them to remove those items because they don't work for us. Show up to get my order and alllll the items I refused were there and paid for by me. I tried to return them to get a refund but was told they were unable to at that time, they needed to contact someone else.  I kept trying to get her to take back the items and refund me, but again she kept refusing.  She kept saying the refund would be processed when the right person was available.  Refused to give me any confirmation or verification or any assurance that I would in fact be getting this refund. So basically I overpaid for groceries that will go in the trash. Cool. They also accused me of not following the instructions online even though I followed them exactly. Just rude.

Update: got a voicemail asking me to bring in the groceries, receipt, and my card and they would give me a refund (to their store 30 min away).   Allll of the items that I had with me when I was at the store where they refused the refund on the spot.  This is just disgusting and...

Not so good anymore. 😕 I'm 77yrs old and I took my friend who just got out of the hospital to get each of us some groceries. Only one check stand was open,😡 so as exhausted as we already were, now we each had to use self check out. As would happen I had picked up two products with no codes. There was only one employee helping self check out, and he had started helping me but of course he was stretched to his limit trying to help a group of about 12 people learn how to do this, so he couldn't help any of us who were in line. He sent another employee to get the non existent bag my products were supposed to be in. I never found them and evidently she didn't either because she never came back. My friend who just had lung cancer surgery went back to see if she could get someone to help us to no avail. We walked out of there with NO help of course, exhausted and frustrated. This belair was rated a 4.3 but from my humble opinion I bet it deserves at least a 4.4. I've been coming to this store since I was a little kid now I'm back in town visiting family and dur to Auburn's awesome friendly people this store really deserves nothing less than a 5. They've redone the place and made the aisles.wider, which is nice because alot of people around here drive trucks and are used to making wide turns when they drive a trailer and that kinda thing. Anyway the staff was so nice to get a cart for me to hold bags of ice I bought because I just went in to grab a few small items and some flowers for the family.
