On 8/26/21 I ordered a pizza with the following instructions. âComment: Pepperoni pineapple on one side jalapeños and banana peppers on the other. ALLERGYâ. I got the pizza and it had pepperoni all over it, one side banana peppers, one side jalapeños. I went back in to let them know there was a mistake at which point I talked to Brianne. She walked away to the back of the restaurant after letting her know the pizza was wrong and going over the order again, wasnât sure what she was doing so we stayed standing at the front counter at which point she starts talking to the other employees about how we âwere just standing thereâ. We received the pizza and left again. Only to realize this time they had put pepperoni and banana peppers on the whole thing and jalapeños on one side. I called to let them know and Brianne stated that she was going to grab someone else for me to talk to. There was enough time on hold for me to drive back to their location. I walked in and both Brianne and the manager were standing at the front laughing. I let them know why I was there again and Brianne rudely stated that I never told her what the allergy was and that they would not be making me another pizza. ( I hadnât even asked for another) I began to explain to her how I used to work in food service and I understand how it is as which point she said âI donât need a lecture from youâ. I finally asked if I could just get a refund, which the manager provided much to Briannes dismay. I asked for the owners number as well. Today, I called that number.    Read moreNo matter how often I come here for pickup, the order is never on time. Itâs been 5 consecutive orders that Iâve picked up and they have NEVER ONCE been on time. Theyâve always made me wait an additional 10 minutes minimum. Today, a very obtuse girl with braids took an insanely long phone order while a small army of men casually disregarded us as we waited in line for 8 solid minutes. Then, 9 minutes after my order was scheduled to be DONE, itâs still not ready. After 20 minutes of waiting past my PROMISE TIME, I demand a refund because we need to eat, I have a family on a food schedule, and they canât even find my order to refund!! EDIT: the saga doesnât end. Someone called me an HOUR after my promise time asking me about picking up my order. Then they say they have no idea about my refund. Then they say they have no idea who wrote down my information. Iâm calling my credit card company today to request a charge back and Iâm going to be escalating this complaint to corporate. Yes, call me a Karen - but this is an ongoing issue with this location! Look at the reviews! Theyâre all the same. Luckily they had a coupon for the bread sticks to be free, so I didnât pay for them but I wouldnât order them ever, theyâre thin, hard, dry, flavorless slices of bread with sesame seeds on them?? They also charge extra for ranch, whatever I get it I guess but if Iâm paying extra for something, youâd think they would at least bring it? The guy arrived, & was talking on the phone, I asked him if he brought ranch because I didnât see any and he looked at me funny, I told him I ordered 2 ranches & he looked at the receipt & said âoh⊠I wonât charge you, okay?â Like I had any other choice, as if he wouldâve went back & got them for me, even if he had my pizza probably wouldâve been cold by the time he got back, leaving me to have to either go to the store & spend even more money on a whole thing of ranch, or try to enjoy my pizza without it.
