Within minutes of arriving there was an issue with another customer picking up an order without an ID. Myself and this customer were picking up for the same name. At first the accommodation was going to be made but the cashier was reading off the sodas for my order. I interrupted and stated that was my order and then the other customer stated to help me first to clear the confusion. The shift lead stated that they would do it this time but the customer had been coming here long enough to know better about their policy. This agitated the customer and embarrassed but he moved to the side so I can pay. While I was paying the customer made some more comments and the shift lead continued to engage him before stating that he needed to leave and would no longer be served. This escalated the situation further. I had my younger son with me so I had him go to the car. I retrieved my order and quickly grabbed 3 sodas so I could leave. When I got home I drank my soda and it tasted off. I checked the date and it expired April 15, 2024. I checked my son’s soda and it expired January 13, 2025. I called the restaurant back and asked if they could refund the sodas. I was told because I got the discounted package that if they refunded my sodas I would owe money and have to pay the full price of my meal. Read moreI’ve never had an issue with round table until today. I placed a curbside order online. When I got there I called the restaurant as it’s instructed on the website. The woman who answered the phone asked “you can’t just come in? “ I told her that it defeats the purpose of a curbside order and she hung up on me. As I was walking in the restaurant, I over heard her speaking about me to the other employees. She said I was lazy and she’s tired of customers like me. At first I figured that maybe they were busy and that’s why she couldn’t step outside to bring me my order, but I was literally the only customer there. I then explained to her that the reason why I placed a curbside order was because I have 2 toddlers in the car and it’s just easier for me . She then said “ I only said that because customers are lazy “ At this point, I’m just over it. I’m truly disgusted and appalled . I placed are ordered over the phone 2 hours before our pick up. I show up five minutes late from the time I told them I would like to pick up at. I was told on my arrival that my pizza has not even been cooked yet. So I had to wait around for additional 30 minutes. I also ordered a large cookie. I watched them hand out the large cookies while I was there waiting for my order. Finally when my order was ready I was told they are out of cookies. Even though I ordered and paid for my cookie way before everyone else. They offered a refund but I was already upset after having to wait 30 minutes.
