Crumbl — Restaurant in Paso Robles

Update: I tried to go to the provided website in the reply to talk more about my experience but it is just a general support site. This means that if I want to discuss it further it is even more effort on my part. Then even after selecting my store for the experience it tells me to reach out to the store. This literally just made me more upset. 🤦🏼‍♂️

I really enjoyed when they first came to town. I loved most of the cookies. Then it started getting harder to get the cookies I ordered. More out of stock cookies when arrive to pick up my order I made using the app. Then today was the final straw for me. I get an email that was sent out to every Crumbl account holder about the 6 year celebration and offering 6 cookies for the price of 4. So I place my order, because it is also my 20 year wedding anniversary. I get to the store about 35-40 minutes later to be told that 4/6 cookies I ordered are out of stock. On top of that there is only one employee in the store so no new cookies are being made. I will not be back to Crumbl for any cookies ever again. I just figure they are all going to be...

EDIT— I went back in store today and spoke with Jacob, I showed him the box of cookies and he agreed they were not up to standard. He swapped them out for me with zero issues. Thanks again, Jacob!

Bought a 6 pack of MILK chocolate chip cookies, once home I opened the box and noticed they were not like all of the other chocolate chip cookies we get around the country at other crumbl locations. My family didn’t touch them, they were gross and dry and tall like a muffin. Not like a normal crumbl cookie. They definitely forgot an ingredient. I will be walking these cookies back into the store tomorrow and get a fresh set that is hopefully cooked properly.

Amazing cookies… such a good deal on their bday the other day! Such a busy store with always friendly crew. cookies always come out fresh and perfect… I usually would hate to admit I’m a regular, but these cookies are so mouthwatering delicious, I can’t help but be a #1 crumbler. 🤤

I think y’all complaining about waiting for a fresh baked, delicious cookie makes y’all look BIG. This place is my go to for my large family for a special treat!
