Would have got a 5 but lost three stars because the shift lead kali was rude and expected me as a customer to know their policy on their coupons after I was told over the phone that what I was asking was ok. Also as I tried to redirect the interaction with her and not make eye contact so that my facial expression of disappointment did not make her any more upset with me after she stated "I'm trying to make you happy". My 9 yr old daughter informed me while I was choosing my payment form from my wallet that the lady rolled her eyes and seemed to take a large breath.. Update: Two years later and I'm still going here. Even though I think that speaks for itself, I just want to give a shout out to this location. They work their rears off, and try their best to stay positive even when it's slamming and they are running out of things. Inconsiderate. One of the staff did not wash their hands after changing gloves n answer the phone when taking orders. I had asked for the staff to make my pizza all the way through and they had an attitude. N the manager with her filthy apron, failed to wash her hands after dealing with money. Also, I stated that I did not want the person preparing my pizza not to talk over my pizza and he kept on. They must not know that when one speaks over food, droplets fall on the food.
