Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in California

We went on a drive thru at around 8:30PM and the guy named SETH took our order. He sounded like irritated like he did not want to be bothered as I felt like he was rushing me to finish my order at the ordering booth! As I drove to the window to pay for the order, SETH told me that it will take about 4 mins to get the fries ready and to drive around the alley and park in front of the store and they will hand me our orders in the car. It has been more than 10 mins and our ordered has not been delivered to our car, so I went down to follow up on it. That's when they started to work on my order! Had I not come down, they most likely wont be working on my order! I saw the guy made my 2 classic chicken sandwiches and it did not even take him 3 mins to do it and the fries was just taken out of the deep fryer and that explained why the fries was too hard and burnt! SETH provided a very HORRIBLE service and unapologetic for the service he provided! I was so upset and forgot to get the soda the came with my order and they did not even bother to give it to me! They should have known as they have to check the orders marking the orders as "Completed"! To the owner of this store, if you continue to hire people like SETH, your store will eventually lose customer and eventually close! HAD I NOT COME DOWN TO FOLLOW-UP ON MY ORDER, I WOULD PROBABLY BE WAITING FOR NOTHING! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE,...

Completely disappointed, had patiently waited for this location to open and was genuinely excited for the grand opening. Drove up on the day after the grand opening, ordered my favorite the 3 piece fish combo. My son ordered a 2 piece and asked about the Tuesday special ( 2 piece and a biscuit). The cashier notified us they don't have specials as they are new. Excuse me, what does that have to do with the price of tea in China. It's chicken one would think they would want to get more customers in. So he went with the non-special 2 piece. His girlfriend ordered chicken tenders. When we get to the window they ask which sauce she would like she said the "what the @#&$?* sauce, which we were told they don't have it. Realizing they are new we cut them some slack. When we get home I open the box with the fish only to realize the size of the pieces are half the size of the normal pieces of fish and cold. As anyone knows there are not to many things worst then cold fried fish. However being the trooper I am I gave it another try tonight. Ordering the 3 piece fish combo. Well if I thought my faith would be restored I was sadly mistaken. The fish was ice cold as were the fries the fish pieces were even smaller than before. I'm done! Worst experience ever with this restaurant. First time trying popeyes I pulled into the drive through and ordered a couple chicken sandwiches after which I get no affirmation or response. Quiet for a minute then proceed to order another item where the employee responded with the microphone in her mouth or something because you couldnt tell a thing she was saying.

I pull up to the window to pay where Im told to wait 10 min in the lot and they will bring the food to me. I say okay and go park. 20 min later I decide to go inside to get an ETA. This is supposed to be fast food. I go inside and I’m the only person there, yet no one comes over. Finally after a few more minutes someone comes over to “help” me. I ask for an eta and she responds “yeah we’re working on it” and walks away.

I finally get my food and drive home. The chicken was so rubbery it almost tasted raw! It was cold and everything was soggy and greasy. Bland and simply disgusting. Im the type of person that loves chicken and can eat almost anything when very hungry , yet I could not finish my sandwich without getting nauseous.

Never again.
