After my first 5-6 visits of disappointment I finally left a 1 star review because they were shut so often and always out of stock. Then after a response from the owner on how small there operation is and how popular they are I felt bad and decided to give them a second chance I gave them a five star review for communication. I then Lowered my standards I started showing up earlier and asking what they had in stock before I ordered so I wouldn't be so dissatisfied. But there were still long waits and my wife started asking how long it would be so she knew what to expect and if she was in a hurry so she wouldn't be late anywhere, the last visit she ordered Two smoothies and they said a twenty minute wait It took 45 minutes. After looking around on Facebook we learned that the owner Is unapologetic about the long waits and being out of stock. And replies to everyone's negative reviews aggressively. For example Myself he found my email address found me on Facebook and learned where my wife worked and put it on social media. And then banned me from the place. For one negative review. I have never been rude or impolite to the employees or anything like that. Simply a Google review is enough to upset this owner to extreme measures. Highly unprofessional. Would not recommend. In short the owner excepts Zero responsibility for the poor performance and accuses the customers of being entitled or bully's. Perhaps of they spent less time on line arguing with people and more time investing in their Business. They may actually one day improve. #Noregrets You stooped to lying.
