SF Uncork'd — Restaurant in California

I had breakfast with wine at the location in the SF airport today. The food and the service was good, and most things seemed reasonably priced. The big downside were the two female employees who were literally screaming at each other (one in the kitchen and one out by the patrons). I've been at restaurants where the patrons get loud and rowdy, but this was a first. The patrons were all quiet and keeping to themselves, but the workers (Chimverue was my server so don't know the other person's name), made staying there and enjoying a wine and some food unpleasant for me. They weren't mad at each other, just talking like they were in their living room and forgetting that customers might be seeking a relaxing experience. All details about this place says it closes at 11pm on Tuesdays. I walked in at 10:25 and a rude bartender was counting down her drawer and said they were closed. There were other patrons effects joy in glasses of wine at the time. This kind of lazy, unsupervised staff is what gives places a bad name. I visited on 1/30/2018 at about 10:25 pm. For the management, please read these reviews and understand that you have a customer service and revenue issue maintaining employees like this. This will also be a Yelp review, and any other review site that will impact your reputation and business. It was ok. I stopped for breakfast. Design looks great and wasn't overcrowded but quality of furniture was by far not the best. Chairs felt unstable and most of the tables are not of the ideal hight, which makes it awkward to eat. In addition I have ordered egg and bacon croissant and got an egg and bacon bagel. It wasn't the best. Bacon was undercooked and bagel under baked to my taste. I did not appreciate the chips and was never asked or given the option to choose salad which is in the menu an alternative option. I also order tea with honey and lemon, lemon was never served and there was no extra plate to discard the honey sachets, which made rather uncomfortable and clumsy to clean up so to say.
