Definitely the worst experience a person could have encountered. My family and I are currently on Vacation, so we are quite unfamiliar with this area. Hence we decided to stop at this Subway. We figure we know Subways are good and well we can order like we please. Unfortunately that was not the case here. Since entering we encountered no one to greet us, which is okay. He may have been busy. But then he comes to the front still does not greet us nothing. Looks a little startled . Granted it's about 8:20 when we arrive. Most of us are looking for a breakfast sandwich, unfortunately begins to tell us no egg white. So then we figure okay no egg white but regular egg. He says no egg period. So okay we then order a different sub and we ask wheat bread. He says no wheat bread no egg. And then he gets frustrated with us like we're to blame for the items he doesn't have? Somehow then he leaves the front walks to the fridge and brings out a box then asks us how many eggs do we want? Like we know how many eggs it takes for a sub? At first I was like "awesome!" He brought eggs. Then as my brother in law begins his order he begins to ask for more spinach towards the end he gets upset with him because it's too much! So then when it was my turn I asked him you aren't upset right? He says "nah man" as he points at my brother in law. So I told him we could pay extra if its more of a cost. He just said nothing. Read morecame to this subway a few days ago and paid nearly $18 for a drink and a sandwich i’ve never paid more than $13 for. a chicken bacon with cheese. i noticed he put extra cheese and meat but didn’t stop him because i didn’t ask for it so i figured it was new portions or something. when i was checking out i questioned the total and he said they didn’t have an up charge button for bacon so he had to charge for the specialty sandwich. not what i wanted. he didn’t tell me in the beginning and i told him that was dumb and he should’ve told me beforehand there would be an up charge. i just wouldn’t have gotten that sandwich. poor practice. will not be going again. and the sandwich was messy and barely...
Read moreThe guy on shift was super weird with me. He was chatting with the men in line ahead of me and having a grand time but when it was my turn he started mumbling. I had to ask him to speak up multiple times and correct him on what I wanted. I told him I wanted Pepper Jack instead of Monterey twice and guess what he did when I went to grab some chips… He put Monterey on it. He also did a terrible job with condiments, just splatting it on there in one spot and gave me attitude when I asked for salt, pepper, oil and vinegar.
